+ -1 moreI HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR COMMUNICATION. THEY TOLD ME I DIDN'T NEED TRIMMING, WHEN I WANTED SOME. I TOLD THEM TO INSTALL EVERYTHING BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO DO ANYTHING. THEY DIDN'T PUT IN TRIMMING SO I HAD TO GO GET IT MYSELF AND PAY FOR IT SEPARATELY. THEY TOLD ME IT WASN'T SOMETHING MY HUSBAND COULD DO BECAUSE YOU NEED A SPECIAL TOOL. THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA, WHEN I HAD THOUGHT THE PRICE INCLUDED EVERYTHING. YOU NEED TO BE VERY SPECIFIC WITH THEM.

WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY CAME PREPARED. THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK. HE DIDN'T RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE AND GET SOMEPLACE ELSE.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW LOCK PUT ON MY FRONT DOOR AND I PURCHASED A NUMBER OF SETS OF KEYS. I ALSO PURCHASED SOME MASTER LOCKS TO PUT ON THE GATE IN THE BACK.
