+ 0 moreTHE ORDERING PROCESS WAS FAIRLY STRAIGHTFORWARD WITHOUT ANY ISSUES. FOR THE INSTALLATION PROCESS, THE PERSON HAD TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT. THEY DIDN'T REMOVE ALL THE DEBRIS. ALSO I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD HAVE EVERYTHING TO DO THE JOB ON THEM. ANYWAY THE FINAL PRODUCT IS GOOD, AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM DURING THE PROJECT.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED AN EXISTING DOOR, AND REPLACED IT WITH A NEW DOOR AT THE BACK OF THE HOUSE.

WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THEY CAME PREPARED. THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY OF WORK. HE DIDN'T RUSH TO GET THE JOB DONE AND GET SOMEPLACE ELSE.
Description of Work: I HAD A NEW LOCK PUT ON MY FRONT DOOR AND I PURCHASED A NUMBER OF SETS OF KEYS. I ALSO PURCHASED SOME MASTER LOCKS TO PUT ON THE GATE IN THE BACK.
