They came to repair the fence while I was away so my wife paid them for the work when I returned home and inspected the fence the job was incomplete I called back the company several times asking them to come complete the job and they have yet to come back and fix 2 parts on my fence this is about a week already. This is not a good practice getting paid for a job you cannot complete..

The fence had many aluminum slates that needed to be removed. Wrapped around these slates were tree and/or shrub branches. They had to first remove them. The men brought with them the necessary tools to do that branch pruning. . They were sensitive to my concerns in cutting surrounding shrubs' branches to a minimum. . After the fence was removed they cut up the large shrub branches and placed that debris in required containers for normal NYC Sanitation pick-up. They left the work area very clean. The two men were very professional and pleasant to work with. They encountered two serious problems with the fence removal. They gave me a clear explanation of the problems and consulted me -so I would be pleased with the outcome. This fence was over 30 years old . I was very pleased with the work these two men performed. And I was happy that this large company took on my small job-as this fence was not a large one. I would definitely use this company again.

Installer with helper was prompt and efficient. Explained to us what they had to do and told us that it would take about 3 hours to install. They were professional, clean and very efficient completing the job in a little more than 3 hours. The railing is beautiful and well made. It enhances the entrance to my home. The installers left the premises cleaner than when they started.

Let me begin by saying they made every concerted effort to satisfy me and fix their mistakes. With that said we live on a corner property and had a very high end vinyl fence installed. The application was nontraditional and required some creative solutions by the contractor. My personal Business runs on and quot;out of the boxand quot; solutions for demanding clientele so I expected to have experienced problem solving for this project. I didn't want cheap I wanted quality and the materials I chose were expensive. The estimator was pleasant and professional but very inexperienced so he made several errors,and promises that were not kept. We had a retaining wall installed around our property that would carry the fence. I asked that they communicate with our Wall contractor to have cement poured in the proper locations... not done. They tried to charge me for a small return in the fence that was there before and was missed on the estimate...not happening. I paid for some designer accents and the entire fence was installed without them, so they had to piece and halve them together and paint them to match the fence. We had a unque siduation that the estimator said would be no problem to fabricate... they ended up cutting strips and brackets and corner peices to fit them, the poor installers did nothing but shake their head at what the estimator measured. This project start to finish took them almost 3 months. Very poor communication. A note: Vinyl Wood Grain fencing looks rich and beutiful however it scratches faster than a ferral cat cornered at a dog pound. Again they made every effort to correct their mistakes including replacing part of the entry gate that broke in the wind a week after it was installed. At the end the entire project looks nice but it was not a smooth ride. My future projects will carefully scrutinized through Angie's List.
