Our apartment had a "greenhouse" window canopy with several leaking window panes. We contracted with Lipton Associates to have the windows replaced with new ones that a special sunscreen/UV filtering component. The work crew arrived on the mutually agreed day and time, did everything that was necessary to take out the old window panes, replacing them with the new ones. The work was performed professionally with little or no "collateral damage" to walls, rugs or nearby furniture. The work did exceed the time that was initially specified, but it was completely done by the end of the day. The work crew did a thorough clean-up upon finishing. Overall a superior job designed and executed by Lipton & Associates.
