I ordered a black railing with no ornaments on it and what I wanted they did not have. The owner’s son came here and he took the order for plain black railing and aluminum. I got a notice that the railings were complete and it was in white. I went to the yard there and they had white railings with the decorations that I had on my old railings which was a heart design. I had that for 40 years and I was sick and tired of that design. Here I had a white railing which I did not order and had a heart on it. He was trying to deny that I ordered a black one then he denied that his son came here. I didn’t recognize his son now because he was in jeans now and had a hat on when he came here he had a black suit on and a tie. The son denied that he took the order but ultimately the son told the owner to give back my cheque. When I asked him for my cheque he told me that he will mail it to me but I never received it. When I called and told him that I was going to file a complaint about him, he said he was going to get an attorney. He has $1500 of mine that he kept as deposit. He never returned my $1500. I am 82 years old and I was taken advantage off. Then I got the other company, they came and they installed the railings. I can’t complain about the price because I didn’t know what they were giving me. That railing might have been my old railing that they have painted white. I will never, never use them again and I urge nobody to use them.
