The absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. After several estimates for a PVC fence, Russo was most affordable and so I booked them for the job. When they came for install, they only had fencing for three sides of my yard - as in, they were going to leave one side of my yard completely unfenced. What kind of incompetent company would do that? They blamed me for the "misunderstanding" - even though I walked the perimeter with the salesman as he measured for all four sides - and then said THEY WOULD SUE ME if I cancelled the job. Against my better judgement I proceeded with them because I didn't need the stress at 8 months pregnant, but I wish I did just cancel and call their bluff. With the "extra" side of fencing they were much more expensive than the other estimates. ONLY MONTHS LATER, the GATE BROKE -- and they said it wasn't covered by warranty. I asked them to fix it as I couldn't let my dog outside with a broken gate. I originally called in February. It is now the end of April and they have NEVER SHOWN UP TO FIX THIS even though my husband and I called repeatedly and each time they said they would come by. I never write bad reviews but I would hate for anyone else to deal with Russo or give them your money for shoddy, crappy work. INCOMPETENT, DISHONEST, RUDE, POOR QUALITY, OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. GO TO LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE!!!

When I called L Russo Fence company their response was quick. John G came to my house to discuss the job I needed to have done. My requests were a little atypical but John was patient and friendly and easy to do business with. I needed an attractive surround for my 4 garbage pails that would be visible from the street so the "look" had to be right. In addition my property slopes and there were plants I did not want disturbed. I was certain, even though the property sloped that I wanted the top of the fence to be level. John tried to discourage me from this plan explained that the fence sections should either step down or tilt slightly to accommodate the hill. But I was certain I wanted the fence TOP to be level. When the workmen came I was not around and they tilted the fence. However, a simple call to John and the guys came back and fixed the problem with no trouble. Two other minor issues were fixed without any problem. The price I paid for this fence got a little steep I thought. but I asked for some additional customization (a second gate inside the garbage pail enclosure allowing access to the inaccessible yard behind the fence). This brought the cost up. When all is said and done. I was very happy with the workmanship and the quality of the fence and John G as this company's representative. In retrospect, I should have gone with a stepped down look as John had suggested but in the spring I will add a planter bed to accommodate and disguise the downhill slope that has caused the bottom of the fence to be high off the ground at the downhill end. So right now it looks a little odd but this is exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be happier . I would certainly use this company again.

Lou, the owner of L Russo Fence is a pleasure to work with. I called this company based on their great reputation on Staten Island right before the start of summer. I needed to get some new PVC fencing around my pool as my wood fence was starting to rot and is approaching 20 years old. They sent an estimator the next day and provided me with several options. They were very knowledgeable and explained how this type of material is essentially maintenance free, which is what I need. From start to finish, the actual work, after removing the old fence, took roughly 3 full days. My new fence looks fantastic, provides the security I needed and best of all I can focus on relaxing by the pool instead of staining my wooden fence this year. I highly recommend L Russo if you're in the market for residential fencing!

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY WERE DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A LATCH BROKEN AND THEY CAME BACK WITHIN 2 HOURS AND FIXED IT.

IT WAS ADEQUATE. THEY DID THE JOB IN SORT OF A TIMELY FASHION. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF RECALLS TO GET THEM TO SPEED UP THE TIMING TO WHEN THEY HAD TARGETED.
