 + -1 moreThey were great. The man was pleasant, friendly and appreciated my humor. I will need my rugs cleaned again, due to the amount of traffic in my office. Their address is no longer the same as you have listed: Their new address is: Kings Carpet Care 202 Garley Avenue Staten Island, NY 10308 Their phone is : (718) 494-2420 The boss is: Al re: "where was the service performed" pick-up and reinstallation was in my house. The cleaning took place at their location.
Description of Work: Al, the founder and father of the company picked up, cleaned and returned two carpets, as well as fit the carpets with matts. They were both old and very dirty rugs. I was surprised at how clean they were when he returned then.

 + -1 moreTHE SERVICE MAN DID A GREAT JOB ON ALL THE CARPETS. I CALLED AND THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I THOUGHT THE CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
