+ -1 moreTHEY SEEMED FRIENDLY AT FIRST WHEN THEY FIRST CAME, BUT THEY STAYED FOR ABOUT A HALF HOUR, CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, AND TOOK THE WHOLE BOARD WITH THEM. IT WAS HARD TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH THEM. THEIR COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSE TIME WAS NOT ALL THAT GREAT. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS BECAUSE OF OUR PARTICULAR HOT TUB, BUT IT IS A WHIRLPOOL SO I WOULD THINK THEY COULD FIX IT.
Description of Work: THEY WERE TRYING TO TROUBLESHOOT WHY WE WEREN'T GETTING ANY HEAT IN OUR HOT TUB, AND THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD TAKE THE WHOLE BOARD OUT AND KEPT IT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T FIX IT AND STILL CHARGED US. THEY WERE THE SECOND HOT TUB COMPANY WE USED, AND NEITHER COULD FIX ANYTHING.

+ -1 moreIT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE USED THEM, AND THEY WERE REALLY VERY GOOD. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM. I GIVE THEM THE MONEY, AND THEY WERE MY FRIEND. IT WAS DONE BY THE TIME I CAME HOME. THERE WAS NO MESS. I HAD TO DO NOTHING. I CAME HOME, AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS FILL IT WITH WATER.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED AN ABOVE GROUND POOL. THEY DUG INTO THE GROUND ABOUT A FOOT. THEY LEVELED THE GROUND FIRST. THEY DUG INTO THE SOIL AND DEPOSITED THE ABOVE GROUND POOL.
