Tom came the same day I called to give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable and immediately said I would be ok with just removing half the tree - the dead portion - and quoted me 875, a number I was very happy with. He explained that his business was closed because of the 4th of July holiday. We spoke a week later and decided he'd come on July 19 to do the work. He never came. He never called. I figured because it rained that that's what kept his crew from coming. But I waited at home for someone from 830 till noon and when I called was only able to leave a voicemail. I called again the next week. He explained it was the weather, and said we'd set another appointment for the following week. Once again, I waited for workers that never arrived. This happened half a dozen times and the work has still never been done. I have left messages, spoken with him personally without losing my cool and tried to be patient as I know business booms in the summer. But to have been told REPEATEDLY that the work would be done and then to not have anyone show up or call is unacceptable. It's now September and my tree is still standing. I kept with him because he was a nice guy, the price was right and he seemed to know his stuff. I've just called another service and they are coming next week to do the job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They didn't end up grinding the stump and they were very nasty about it. It was in the written agreement that they were to grind the stump, but they never did. It was the first the first time I had used them and I wouldn't use them again.

Not only did they carefully remove the fallen branches and trim the scars on the tree, but one man climbed this 4 story tree to remove additional smaller branches that were precarious. They then removed all the debris to a wood chipper and cleaned the area. The estimator arrived at precisely the expected time as did the work crew a day later. I would certainly use them again!

The overall job went very smoothly ...all the workers had a job to do and all did their job very well. I would recommend the company as I was very pleased with the quality of work performed.

The gentleman I spoke with was pretty responsive at first, but there was a delay in getting a date for completion of the work. He did the job as promised and when promised. He is very prompt once the date is set.

The service was fine. I have not had any complaints about anyone. I am very pleased.

Contractor actions delayed project.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL. I COULD TELL THEY WERE VERY EXPERIENCED, TOO. THEY KNEW JUST WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAN.

THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB AND PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. THE PRICES WERE PRETTY GOOD, AND THE PEOPLE WERE VERY NICE. MY YARD LOOKS MUCH BIGGER NOW THAT THE TREES AND STUMPS ARE GONE.

THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL, VERY EFFICIENT, DILIGENT, DEDICATED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EDUCATED. HE PROVIDED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE BEFORE DOING THE WORK, AND HE DID THE WORK AS PROMISED. HE IS VERY EFFICIENT JUST IN THE MOVEMENTS THAT HE DID. HE COULD HAVE STRETCHED THE JOB OUT, BUT HE DIDN'T. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR. I'M A BLUE COLLAR WORKER MYSELF, AND I KNOW WHAT THE COST OF THE JOB RUNS.

I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS GUY STAYS IN BUSINESS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE CREW, BUT WHEN HE GAVE ME THE ESTIMATE HE TOLD ME FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. HE WASN'T HERE WITH THE CREW. THE CREW CHIEF QUOTED ME A PRICE $175 ABOVE THE ORIGINAL QUOTE. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO BE HERE IN 20 MINUTES, AND THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. THE WORK WAS GREAT, BUT I HAVEN'T PAID HIM FOR IT BECAUSE IT WASN'T THE ORIGINAL PRICE.

WE CALLED KELLY'S TREE SERVICE TO REMOVE A TREE FROM OUR BACK YARD. THE ESTIMATE WAS FOR REMOVAL OF THE TREE AND ALL THE ROOTS, BUT THEY COVERED MORE THAN HALF OF THE ROOTS AND LEFT.
