Chuck was originally hired to perform a cleaning of my boiler but determine because of the age of equipment replacement was the best solution. Also replaces my water heater. Gave me a great price. Arrived on time and completed both projects to my satisfaction. Would definitely use Kelly Heating and Air Conditioning again. Followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction.

It went great. Charles was very professional. He explained everything that I needed and why. He checked back the next day to make sure that everything was working and that I was satisfied with the job.

I am so grateful for Kelly's HVAC immediate response. We had no heat the first and coldes night in the season. Charles responded immediately to my Angi's request. They came quickly and saved my family from unknow gas leak in the existing old unit which was not working properly. The unit was replaced the following day. I recommend them 100%+. Chuck came when he said he would, was very friendly and took the time to explain the problems and the options to fix. Both the patch fix and the long term fix and the cost and benefits with each option. The work was done quickly and professionally and at a reasonable price. The hot water heater had a problem with a malfunctioning part he came first thing next day and fixed. Overall good experience. Chuck and guys working with him were all friendly and skilled.

I can not say enough how great Chuck is. Other places on line advertise they offer 24/7 help but they really don't. All they mean is someone is there to take your call as opposed to leaving a message. Chuck owns Kelly's and when he couldn't find a worker to help my family he came himself because he understood that my mother has respiratory problems and needs the AC to help her breath. He did a fantastic job and he is a man of his word . No false advertising with him. If u need someone to look at ure unit and it's in the evening don't even bother with those other companies....call Kellys

Chuck was very attentive and reliable from the moment I got on the phone with him. He is knowledgeable about his work and he shared that knowledge with us so that we can avoid future issues with our HVAC system. We had a few hiccups and he made sure to come through for all of it. Chuck was responsive from the initial Angi's request (immediate) on 1/2/2023, to showing up the next day at our property. The condo suffered from burst water pipes and Chuck was there from day one through and including today 1/8/2023 testing and re-testing the pipes and leaks, furnace, water heater, and any and all aspects of the plumbing, heating and electrical integrity of the condo. Chuck brought me and my family peace of mind as he worked from early to late each day, especially since we could not be onsite at all times. Chuck documented by photo/video many of the issues and checked in with me numerous times to provide progress reports.
