+ -1 moreI received a call within 5 minutes and advised that we needed this job done today and their response was that they will be coming within a three hour window. I also received a call that the workers Martin (and his helper, didn't get name) would be ten minutes late. They arrived promptly and the job was completed in an hour. Couldn't be more impressed with this Company !

+ -1 moreThey failed to show up for first appointment. Upon complaining the owner Keith yelled at me for asking why he did not show up???. Five days later he sent one of his workers to fix the vent pipe spillage. Natonal Grid failed it saying that there is too much spillage. I requested that KCM come back to resolve issue. NO ONE CAME, NOR CALLED ME BACK. I FOUND A NEW PLUMBER AND GOT MATTER RESOLVED. 'ABSOLUTE GARBAGE COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE FOR THE CUSTOMER. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN, ONLY RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE I DONT LIKE
