Outstanding cement and stairs replacement job. Fast respond and qualified estimate. Very reasonable price. Very diligent and efficient work. This was my only time when i enjoy when people were working and miss them ones they left. This is my First time experience when you feel like you want to pay for the job and the outcome result is more what you were expected. I want to thank you Eathen and his family members for the great job. This kind of business approach should be the sample for the construction business. Many thank again. The work mentioned above was at best mediocre (pour quality) and far from being precise for supposedly skilled masons. The care and pride that should be given to this craft just wasn't there. I was ill at the time and my daughter, who unfortunately lacked the knowledge of what would be considered work that is properly executed and work that is not. Hopefully she learned a valuable lesson from all of this. Anyway... Karapanjos Construction told her they were finished with the job (they were not) and she paid them in full - BIG MISTAKE. It wasn't until the next day when I arrived at my home in dismay. Upon examination of the work I was TOTALLY DISSATISFIED and astounded at the subpar, poor, sloppy quality of work and the work that was never done. I blame myself for not being present at the time the work was performed. I could not believe what I was seeing. It was my fault for placing too much faith in the the company I hired. There are just too many problems with their work to list and explain in detail. Though, my complaint filed on 08/05/2020 with the Better Business Bureau does explain in detail all my issues with the work performed. I reached out to one of the sons of Karapanjos Construction (the father originally owned the business but has since retired) and told him I was goin to put a stop payment on the last payment. He threatened to smash my front porch with a sledgehammer. I was appalled with his response. I never put a stop to his payment thinking there would be a rectification on his part to the many issues I had with his work. He ignored my many phone calls but then finally agreed to meet (like this was a bother to him). I went over all my dissatisfactions in detail about the job and what needed to be corrected for me to be satisfied. He agreed to come back soon to make the necessary fixes. Well. more than 2 months have passed and he is no where to be found. I called many times to see when he would make good on his word and work as promised. He has blocked my phone number to avoid contact. It is really very sad that a son(s) of a respectable business man (his father who I have hired in the past) can ruin and diminish a previously established business to this level of incompetence. I had spoke to the father on the phone a couple of times and he keeps saying, "My sons will fix it" - it just never happens. I don't know if the father is too old to comprehend what I an saying about his sons work because of his insufficiency with the english language or he is just playing dumb. I am still waiting... and will probably keep on waiting for them to show responsibility to a good customer. This letter is my testimonial of Karapanjos Construction's failings and serves as a constructive WARNING for those who are contemplating their services.

It went great. Had 2 other estimates for this work that were significantly higher than what Irfan quoted me. Also I took the time to see some other jobs he has done staten island and was impressed. A true family business, father and 3 sons did a really great job for me and used the best materials. Cambridge pavers with armor-tec. I'm very satisfied with their work , and when the concrete in front of my house has to be fixed, I'm going with this company and put down pavers.

Only took 2 days! Excellent work. Very reasonable. Professional job.
