Description of Work: walls and ceiling of living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room, stairwell and small upstairs hall were in disrepair (including some water damage). Plaster repair and painting done was excellent. Mr. Alzate spent about 2 weeks, cleaned up after each day's work and was prompt, as well as professional throughout. I recommend him highly.

+ -1 moreThe job took 2 weeks and was beautifully done. Mr. Alzate was unfailingly prompt, professional and cheerful throughout. When he noticed that a shed door and 2 outside cellar windows needed paint he did those, as well. I look forward to contracting with him again in the near future to do the bedrooms.
Description of Work: Interior of house hadn't been painted in over 20 years. Roof Leak and plumbing leak caused significant damage. Settling of house caused plaster cracks, as well. Wallpaper also needed repair. Contract was to repair and paint kitchen, dining room, living room, study, stairwell and upstairs hall.
