I had another plumbing company back out due to their equipment malfunctioning and I called JPI at the last minute. They were able to accommodate my needs. Kevin was excellent to work with. He made sure I understood everything that was happening. He showed me the areas where they worked and let me know what to do if my pipes started backing up again. They really saved me. They are great.

Called JPI at around 4pm on a Saturday night in the middle of a pandemic. Very nice lady who answered said she'd try. Willie arrived before 6 with gloves and mask, and cleared the clog. Thanks JPI!

I received an e-mail promptly after I submitted the request. The e-mail asked for more details about the problem, i.e., is it the seat moving or is it the bowl? If it is the seat, I can fix the problem myself and save money by tightening the two screws underneath. If the bowl is rocking, moving from the floor, then it needs to be reset at a cost of $435. I decided to try to fix the problem myself by tightening the two screws underneath the seat, as JPI suggested. The seat stopped moving and the water leak stopped as well. As a result, I did not have to pay for the fix. I thanked JPI as it could have made money by fixing the problem. Instead it unselfishly showed me how to fix the problem myself, thereby saving me much needed money. I commend JPI for the professional, considerate and unselfish manner that it conducts its business.

Fantastic! I spoke with Ann-Margaret at JPI Plumbing and Heating to inquire about getting my dishwasher installed. She was very accommodating, and she scheduled me for service that same day. Danny and his colleague came to my house and fixed my dishwasher. The men were very professional, polite, and did a thorough job. I plan to use them again in about a month when I receive my new refrigerator. I need to have a water line installed for the fridge. Thank you, Ann-Margaret, Danny, and his colleague! Margaret from the office was exceptionally helpful with my problem. She arranged for 2 workers to come and detect the problem. Excellent - the rep was very knowledgeable regarding the HVAC unit and also with the installation of the programmable WiFi thermostat. He did a thorough, professional job and was able to connect the programmable WiFi thermostat. The tech saved me a lot of money when it came to installing the thermostat and did not need to break the walls to install the additional wiring that was needed to run the thermostat.

I just had a fantastic experience with JPI Plumbing. Joe answered the phone and let me know it cost $162.23 for a look see- diagnosis of the problem. He sent Rob over, who I would definitely hire again. He came in promptly from Staten Island to Manhattan. Rob was honest and easy to work with. While he was here my boyfriend called who is a Mr Fix-It type and said he preferred to change the valve himself, so we were only charged for the visit. If something more complicated comes up I'd call JPI again.

Very nice. The JPI staff are helpful and make an effort to be personal. The plumbers recommended a few places where I could go myself to pick up replacement parts, to save the time and cost in this job of an initial appointment and a follow-up appointment. They seem to care about doing a good job and making a fair price for the customer. A very good company when I needed it, on a tight but necessarily same-day schedule. I would use them again.

JPI replaced my bathroom sink pipes. They were quick, clean, and courteous. I would hire them over any other company I have ever worked with. I wish I knew about them sooner.

Their tech completely missed a crack in the back of our boiler. We paid $350 for a "cleaning and servicing" and then found out afterwards that he hadn't checked it at all. Terrible customer service, got hung up on twice when we called to raise the issue. Do not hire.

Unfortunately do to an issue with an earlier job they showed up significantly late but I sincerely appreciated the responsive from JPI's job coordinator who kept me updated the whole time. Once the JPI team arrived though, they were professional, thorough, and efficient. Overall would definitely hire again.

The 2 plumbers came exactly on time. They assessed the situation. They then called their office and quoted us a price.The situation was much worse they thought. There was many years of backed up grease and other junk cloging up the drain pipe all the way down to the basement. They worked very hard until they removed a lot of tar like stuff. It looked like the Lebera tarpits in California. They were very professional and perfectionistic. They then replaced all the damaged piping and "snaked" the entire line. They retested all their work. I was very impressed with their "stickit to" attitude patience and professionalism. We do not know much about plumbing prices but we know that the prices were not to high for the effort and time and effort they put in for this job. I will use them in the future and reccomend them to others.

Very nice family business, very competent and knowledgeable plumber/installer. Pleasure to have Joseph in my home to do the work. Totally reasonable price considering all the work done. When needed, JPI will get my call. Highly recommend.

They installed a dishwasher where none had been before. I built the housing but they did the plumbing and hooked up the electrical. There was a leak the next day and they came and fixed it within hours.

They came out next day and cleared the leak. The plumber was friendly and informative. But when he pulled out the snake, he let it flop around in my kitchen, getting sewer gunk everywhere. He made a half hearted attempt to clean it and then left. I spent three hours cleaning up after him and the place smelled like sewage for days.

Had to remove toilet to be able to remove the blockage.

pipe was fixed but in process another pipe broke so price went up. When faucets and pedistal were put back, I didnt notice that the pedistal was not put back straight. In addition the faucets worked ok at first - but soon the right faucet was loose and turns a little on the pedistal when you turn it off.

They were prompt and efficient. It was a big job but it looks great and no more problems despite very big rain storms. It was expensive but it was a large job and well done.

They promptly changed the whole thing and did a professional job.

They came IMMEDIATELY!!! and said they drove from Manhattan. Everything was completed professionally and reasonable priced.

I got the impression my job was to small. Update, 5/30/17: Would Never use them for any Plumbing jobs as they would not attach my Gas line kit to my gas line for my Barbecue. They said they didn't do that.I guess the job was too small for them. I guess they may have come if I had a new Heater to get/ Install ,which will happen shortly. Bad business policy!
