They came. They worked hard, but they had to come back, and there was something they could not fix. It had nothing to do with them. It has to do with the building. They had charges but they were just going to credit you for the $79. I spent a lot of money though.

JPI Plumbing was proactive about scheduling and kept me informed of the plumber's time of arrival. Very punctual and professional. The plumber was skilled, neat, and polite. He explained in detail what he planned to do and provided me with a detailed estimate of costs which I approved before he performed the labor. This estimate was very close to the final cost. I am very satisfied with the service and will use this company again.

It went well. They located the clog in the wall and replaced faulty parts and removed all the debris. They were very professional and efficient.

first of all i would like to recognize Joe the owner because i called yesterday around 4pm after purchasing the deal and i explained to him what i needed he was able to send someone the next morning which i found to be a great way to start my experience, because I'm very pressed with time and don't have much of it so that right there was an eye opener. second they sent Danny and his assistant anthony who were very professional and respected my home by putting on shoe covers so they wouldn't dirty my floors. Danny was extremely knowledgable and during his inspection he actually discovered i had a gas leak. he went over my options and broke down the procedure on how it will be done.he was very honest with me and gave informed me as to what i needed and what i should consider for the future. another great thing Danny and Anthony did was label all those pipes i have running to my boiler and water heater because lord knows i don't know what those pipes were but now i do so not only did they fix my problems they also taught me a lot about the system i have. I can go on and on but those guys were great i would deffinely recommend and call them again. Thank you JPI and team

They did a great job. They were on time, very fast and patient as they answered my many questions. Later I called around to price out reseating another incorrectly installed toilet and JPI's price was in line or lower than other providers.

No problems found in plumbing. Plumber offered to stabilize dishwasher to side cabinet, but estimate was too high, so we declined.

They were good. I was very pleased. The person that is running the show is good and the customer is very good. The pricing was very good. They were very responsive. They were professional.

They were great. We weren't getting much water from our outdoor faucet. He quickly diagnosed the problem without having to open the wall. Water had froze in the pipe over the winter and cracked the pipe. He fixed the faucet and also installed a shut off valve in side the house so come winter i can turn off all water to the outside and wont have the same problem of frozen water busting my pipes. They also labeled all of my water lines in the boiler room - that was a super nice bonus. I can't make any comments on price because I did not get bids from anyone else. But for me, the price was worth having the problem fixed immediately. overall, I am happy with their service.

Because of ancient brownstone pipes, it took two trips to do the job. I was constantly reassured by the concerned attitude of both plumbers, technician and Ann Margaret, who does assigning and checking on completion. An excellent, professional company I intend to use whenever I have a problem and recommend whole-heatedly. Important addition: the price did not increase with the complication that followed!

I paid for a Comprehensive Plumbing Inspection and Water Heater Flush. Firstly, they showed up on time, always a good start. I didn't need a water heater flush - indirect hot water heater - but they educated me on my plumbing and in lieu of that and gave my boiler a look over. They then proceeded with the rest of the plumbing inspection: bathtubs drains, grouting, toilets and sinks (bathrooms and kitchen). All around I was pleased with the exceptional professionalism and service, so much so I intend to hire the company to upgrade my thermostats and do some preventive maintenance before next winter.

The gentleman sent by JPI was prompt, courteous and efficient. He arrived at the agreed upon time and gave me some suggestions that I will certainly follow up on. This is my second experience using Angie's list and as with the first, I'll call him again and would recommend this provider to others. I was impressed by the time taken with me by the provider and with his knowledge .

He was punctual and professional. I appreciated he added tags to our valves and bolier for me to know what is what. I would recommend them and request him next time.

It turned out pretty good. The guy who came out seemed very nice and he explained stuff so I was pleased with him. He came out like two days after I ordered the big deal. He walked through the house, ran the water, flushed the toilet and told me if it was splashing or whatever. And then, he went down on the first floor where my boilers were and one of my boilers was out so he looked at that for me and showed me how to do that. He did all the water processes. There was no additional cost on top of the deal. I would definitely use him if something went wrong because he seemed to be very knowledgeable on what he was doing. His price was good. I would most definitely use him again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They did everything at the same time, which I was really happy about. They did everything they were supposed to and were very helpful with the advice they gave me. I spent an additional $318 over the $49 inspection price for the extra services. I thought the pricing was reasonable considering what they did.

I contacted JPI Plumbing when a tenant informed me that the handle on her sink had broken/rotted off. Ann Margaret is who I spoke with when I called and she was helpful, informative and very professional. I currently live in Los Angeles and this property is in New York so trying to coordinate with local service providers for payments, etc can be a pain. Ann Margaret was very understanding and assured me that she would call and provide me with an estimate before any work was done (this has been a problem with others in the past) and she was also accommodating about making an over the phone payment. Ann Margaret called and emailed the day before the work was to be done. The plumber showed up on time and my tenant was satisfied with the new sink and the professionalism of the plumber. Overall it was a great experience. My only small point of contention is over the price of the work done. We're in the process of selling the building so I wasn't concerned with having the nicest, most expensive sink installed, I just wanted something that would get the job done (I explained this to Ann Margaret). Even with a 10% discount, I paid $400 to replace one sink. I didn't have time to call around for estimates as I normally would but based on work I've had done in the past I'd say the price was on the high side. My only suggestion is to call around and get at least two estimates to ensure it's a competitive price. That said, I am more than satisfied with the work performed and the level of professionalism. Ann Margaret also promptly emailed me a receipt and invoice once the work was completed.

Great....Pipes aren't frozen any longer and problem is now solved. I also received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was working ok.

Got here on time, did it all one shot. They were pleasant enough. Margaret Anne even called me after to make sure it was still working.

On Christmas Eve I was expecting company; I started having problems with my toilet backing up. I called JPI as an emergency since they previously helped me. They come out within the time they indicated and had to clear my main sewer line.

I had to heat in my home ths mornng. I called at 9am and a technician was at my home by noon. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Had my heat up and running in no time at all. Would definately reccommend this company to any one. They will be the only plumbing and heating company I will be calling in the future.

Kitchen sink is connected to the dishwasher, which is connected to the washing machine and slop sink in basement. Everything in the kitchen area was coming up in the slop sink in the basement; mechanic had to disconnect the sink drains; disconnect the washing machine and snake line to the main sewer; after numerous attempts all was flowing perfectly.
