They were really good. The service was excellent.

It was fast and easy and it did the trick. They did not try to sell me anything and made a point to check the other pipes but honestly told me that nothing was wrong but the drain.

They returned for a contiuing problem very quickly and efficiently..very good telephone responsibility.

It was somewhat okay. I thought that they were overpriced, which I now know they were overpriced because I had a plumber look at the piece that they said they had to purchase, which I think the gentleman already had in the truck and it was only $50. They said that the price was high because of the piece they had to go and get. But, I'm pretty sure he had it in his truck and it wasn't over $100. It was $50 and they charged me a total of $353.50 to change that piece to stop the water from dripping. I said, "That doesn't sound right to me," but he kept saying, "We're not a fly by night company, we have to go and get the piece." I took pictures beforehand and I sent it to them. So, I know he had the piece in his truck. I asked him for the receipt. I didn't see no receipt, I didn't see no bag where he purchased it from. I said, "Okay." I needed it to be changed, so relied on a company that was on Angie's List, but I think it was overpriced. The experience was good, they didn't leave a mess. No mess was made, but the price was just kind of high I thought. He did forget to put a piece in. I don't know if he was rushing, but he had to come back. It includes a one year warranty, parts and labor. The part, I'm not quite sure if it was new. He said he went to the store to purchase because he didn't have it. I didn't see a bag, I didn't receive a receipt, I just saw him come in the house with the piece. So, I hope it was new. That's all I can do is hope. They canceled the initial appointment that I had. The response was good. He was running late.

It went well. I have a new drain pipe and it didn't kill my bank account. Thanks JPI

They are excellent. They came into our new house and replaced various items. I can't remember the cost. I know it wasn't cheap, but they were good and I would use them again. The price seemed fair.

JPI arrived on time and was very clean, they even put covers on their shoes as to not track in dirt. They immediately went to work and complete both tasks, making sure to double check that everything worked properly.

The plumber arrived as promised. He was exceptionally polite, neat, clean and knowledgeable. He installed the new kitchen faucet efficiently and carefully and checked for leaks. Hard to find such quality workmanship in NYC.

The price was a very good price. The price was a very good price. The sink is working fine. Overall the experience was very good. I wasn’t given any options as to the type of replacement. Basically, when he came to see the faucet that was leaking he said he only had one type in his truck or we either have to make a new appointment or come back later. I’m failing to understand why if you knew in advance it was a leaky faucet, whey you would only bring one type of possible replacements.

Can not recommend them highly enough, they were fantastic. The office promptly returned our call and we were able to have someone come out the following day. The guys were on time, professional, very helpful and answered all of our questions. They did a through job investigating the problem and took the time to give us aexplain the situation to us.

Dan was here in a half hour. He went to buy the necessary part came back and completed the job perfectly, neatly and professionally. He was also very courteous and friendly.

The company contacted me within 15 minutes of my purchasing a Big Deal. The plumber was onsite within an hour. The company provided all the necessary insurance that my building required. The plumber immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He also educated me. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will contact them again if I need a plumber.

It was good. The guy basically just taught me how to do it and he was upset that he had to charge me so much, but he had to charge me for his time. So he taught me how to do it so that if there was a problem, I could do it myself. I think it was a fair price.

I would call them again. They did a good job.

The problems we had resulted from the secretary misunderstanding what I had written and deciding the way to clarify this wah to ask her boss, not me. So the workman arrived thinking that the toilet was stopped up. The problem was that the tank was leaking into the bowl and the flapper needed to be replaced. He did not have the correct part and did not know how to do the replacement. Luckily, I have done this in the past and could explain how to do the repair. This was frustrating, but not a problem until the secretary called the next day and failed to see that I might have been a better person to ask when she was not sure what the problem was. She went so far as to tell me off, apparently for not having the correct problem.

They arrived on time and assisted in repairing our plumbing issues and did a good job.

.Very well. Plumber was waiting outside before appointment time. When I opened the door, he was very sweet. I waved him in, explained the problems, and he listened intently. He then went to look at everything I described, told me the problem, showed me the problems, and then estimated repair. I thought he was thorough in his explanation and gave him the go ahead. Everything was done meticulously.

As I would have hoped and as vendor stated before they're arrival.

called and made an early morning appointment. Stayed home all day and no one showed up.

That service turned out fine. I did have to pay more for the service after he came out for the plumbing service call. He changed out an entire faucet. One plumber came out and it took him about an hour to an hour and a half. He was professional and knew what he was doing.

The company is trully responsive and genuinely customer-oriented. They called me within an hour of my purchase of a Big Deal and arranged an appointment within another hour. The plumber was really professional and patient. He solved my problem immediately and educated me. I'm really grateful.

He removed hair and debri and the water ran easily afterwards. I felt he overcharged. It cost about $150.00 to clean the shower drain and he charged an additional $100.00 to fix the sink. Considering he was already at my house and in the same bathroom charging an extra $100 was over the top.
