Joe is a very fairly priced contractor! Had received another proposal for in excess of $3,000 more which included a senior discount + a neighbor discount...! Marco and is roofing team were wonderful, respectful of my property and arrived promptly at at 8 and completed the roof before dark. They did an amazing job of cleaning up. The ended up needing extra boards due to rot, and I have 2 skylights which they took care of properly sealing/flashing them against leaks although I think I have to do more maintenance on the glass seals. I waited to review because of the recent rain we've having and the new roof has held up! There was a bit of an altercation with the container fellow with a neighbor about moving her car (he showed up at 6am!), but Joe waived the fee for the extra tonnage. All-in-all, they did a wonderful job and I am extremely pleased. Highly recommend.

Hired this company to replace my roof. Hired on Thursday, job done and completed on Tuesday. Joe did what he said heâ d do. Stone in a rock wall got knocked out during roof being stripped. Joe promised to send someone to fix it and he did. Thanks for getting the job done.

Joe, replaced my roof. He's probably one of the most professional contractors I ever used. He's very knowledgeable and honest and his quote was competitive. I would use him again and certainly would recommend him to anyone.

We had the roof and gutters replaced. Another roofer said we needed to remove all the existing plywood under the shingles but Joe was honest and said only a few boards needed to be replaced. Both the roofing crew and the gutter crew did excellent work. They worked fast and did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for other projects in the future.
