I hired John Michael Contracting to remodel a home I purchased and it needed a new kitchen, 3 baths, flooring and refacing of walls. John was extremely efficient and professional. His crew was very clean and from the demo to the finish, John made sure to use only high quality material while always giving me options that were in line with my budget. I highly recommend John for any project. He is fair and he completed the job within the time I needed it completed. He and his crew was always at the house on time.

John Michaels Contracting did an amazing job on my kitchen remodel. A job that would normally take one month+ was completed in 10 days. They completely gutted my 25 year old kitchen, installed new flooring, cabinets, appliances, lighting, backsplash, moldings, and did a beautiful job painting. John is a wonderful contractor. He showed up on time. He installed brand new ceilings in my home after the light fixture was about to fall off. No mess. Great work and he went out of his way to buy special paint to prevent mold growth. He even put back the wallpaper that was there. His price is reasonable as well. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Please use his services great company and great staff. My ceilings looks immaculate.

He gives you straight talk on how the job will be done and how long it will take Besides having a very easy going personality he is more than knowledgeable in his work The finished project will leave you more than satisfied Had windows, screen and front doors installed Along with washer and dryer installations Shower door installation plus he even recognized a dangerous existing light installation in the shower that wasn't up to safety specifications that probably saved me from a big headache that could've started a fire. John Michaels Contracting worked on an improvement project in our home on Staten Island. We had a short timeline due to a delayed home purchase closing. We needed an interior wall closet built in the basement along with wainscoting, wood paneling, remodeling on our first floor living room and kitchen. John and his team did beautiful carpentry work. They were professional, punctual, clean and fairly priced, meeting our timeline and budget.

John and his team did such an incredible job in my house. I had previously hired 2 contractors to fix the problem in my flooring and they made an absolute mess. Then came John and he couldnâ t believe what he found. His team removed poorly installed vinyl plank flooring and installed a gorgeous engineered hardwood. Not only did he promise he would fix it all and I would be left whole but he delivered. What else can you ask for in a contractor but someone who will keep their word. Trusted him and his team throughout the entire process and Iâ m very glad I did. Not only did they do a good job but John is different than any contracor Iâ ve hired in the past. He is very hands on and makes sure his team is doing things to his standards and lucky for me his standards matched mine.

John Michael worked through my project from start to finish. His years of experience shine through with the work. We couldn't have been happier. I just purchased a home with my wife and they treated my house with respect and care. I have yet to work with a contractor, with such intricacy and level of detail. No matter how large or small the project they treated it with the same intentionality. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

They d replaced windows, outdoor steps, siding, rebuilt an interior wall,and more. John and his crew responded quickly and were quite efficient. Excellent work.

Had a complete kitchen remodeling and renovation done with all new everything down to the studs. Kitchen came out so beautiful, better than we could have imagined. Now we are enjoying it and decided to have 3 bathrooms and the rest of the house remodeled by the same contractor. The bathrooms also came out wonderful. Very meticulous and detail oriented work. Overall we are more than satisfied customers.
