Showed up for the estimate, spent quite a bit of time going over what needed to be done. Said they sent an estimate, we never received it. We contacted them numerous times since then and nothing. This was weeks ago.

Jade Construction was fantastic. They did everything I needed for a reasonable price and in reasonable time. Jeff is great to work with. Couldn't recommend more.

Extraordinarily well. the refrigerator installation was done following the manufacturer's instructions to the 'T'. The removal of the other refrigerator was very challenging due to it's weight and size, but in the end it all worked out perfectly. They went above and beyond...and I would definitely call them again.

The day after I bought the deal the contractor game out and removed ALL the debris. I live on a narrow lane so it was difficult for him to turn into my driveway. He parked on the lane and carried the bagged debris to the truck. Loose stuff was put on a wheelbarow and the job was done in 15 minutes. Very professional and on my short list for future work.... The townhouse I purchased had some ugly stained carpet down. I had it ripped up and Jade took care of the removal. FAR less expensive as the "got junk" guys and just as easy. Would definitely use them again.

Jeff returned calls promptly and scheduled appointment. Arrived on time removed all debris and cleaned everything up. Will use their services again.

Jeff and his crew were prompt, provided an estimate, and went to work. They removed all the items I asked for, and they carefully cleaned up after one table essentially fell apart, leaving small tiles and grit. I was very pleased with the service. I called on a Friday and there were here as scheduled 9am Monday. The work was done expertly. I highly recommend Jade Construction and Contracting / Removal.

We texted Jeff to inquire about repairs to our home and he responded to us the same day. We explained the list of things that needed repairing and set up a day and time for him to come out. When he arrived he was professional and personable. We showed him the rotting shower window frame/wall and the holes that had been cut in the drywall after a pipe burst. We talked to Jeff about what we wanted done and he gave recommendations (bringing the ventilation fan in the bathroom up to code, for example). He took measurements and pictures and emailed us a quote the same night. Jeff followed up with us the following night and answered all of our questions about what needed to be done, what the repair process would be like, and how long it would take. Jeff is very easy to talk to and work with and put us at ease with his expertise. On the first day of work Jeff arrived with George and Wilson they laid down tarps to walk on and did everything as cleanly as possible. At the end of every day they also removed any debris and vacuumed. They tore apart the shower wall and uncovered a substantial amount of disgusting mold. They removed all of the moldy wood and replaced it. They reframed the window and insulated with foam around it. They put insulation in the wall, removed the moldy ceiling over the shower, sealed the wood, and replaced the walls and ceiling with green board. They retiled the shower wall and put accenting tile around the edges and where the ceiling was removed. They installed a new ventilation fan and put a new pipe to the outside. They painted the bathroom and caulked around the entire tub on the walls and floor. They also repaired the drywall holes in one of our bedrooms and our master bathroom and had a professional painter paint the bedroom. We are extremely pleased with the work done by Jeff, George, and Wilson. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The shower looks amazing thanks to the great tile work. It went from being rotted and barely inhabitable to waterproofed and beautiful. The quality of their work every step of the way was exceptional. We are so thankful to have found Jade Construction. We will definitely recommend Jeff to friends and will be calling him again in the very near future for other major projects in our home.

He arrived on time, took measurements and gave us a quote to install the doors. He answered our questions about what to look for when selecting our doors and provided some information we had not thought to ask.

Jeff is exceptionally reliable and trust worthy. The work was done on time with attention to detail. All calls were returned quickly and issues resolved as soon as they were raised. Jeffrey Castellano from Jade Construction & Contracting was really good. They are really nice, the guy is extremely professional, knows his stuff, very polite, he was excellent and probably when I fix up the house when I finally buy it off from the estate, I would probably get really a final estimate from him and I would definitely consider using him. He was excellent. I rate him very highly.

Jeff and his crew were really great to work with. As a first time homeowner, I had a ton of questions and his patience and knowledge made what could have been a very stressful process pretty painless. Jeff carefully inspected all the work done by his crew, and if something wasn't up to his standard, he had them come back and correct it. Jeff is really responsive via text or phone call- even when he probably shouldn't be (11pm should probably be considered non-working time, but when I had an emergency, he was there for me!) He really went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the new changes to my new home, and as soon as I have the funds for a few more things, he'll definitely be getting a call.

I picked Jade Construction from Angie's List and it was a good choice. Jeff and his master carpenter Welinton did a great job, neat, clean, great looking. Jeff is very easy to work with, texting back and forth at any reasonable hour to coordinate. Welinton is very skilled and has great attention to detail. While the project was going on I asked them to do some other small projects around the house (an Azek panel at the front of the house, some sheetrock patching, access panels and insulation in the other garage I have, fixing a closet door). I got quick reasonable quotes for all this and it was all done promptly. Any observations I had along the way were promptly taken care of. They are very polite and would take the time to discuss and educate. The price was good, beat the other estimates I had and overall I'm very happy with the work done, will use Jade again.

I've used Jade Construction before in our last home and upon purchasing this fixer upper, we enlisted Jeff and his team headed by master carpenter Welinton to help us create our living space to fit our needs. One of the most fascinating parts of this project was the removal of a 22 foot load bearing wall to open up the living room and dining room. A massive beam had to be lifted into place in the attic by 4 guys and when all was done, and it was sheet-rocked repaired, you would never know that wall existed. These men are talented craftsmen but most important stand behind their work and clean up after the workday. I will continue to use them for upcoming projects.

Aces across the board for Jeff, Wellington and the crew!!! From the very beginning, Jeff was very easy to work with. He understood exactly what we wanted and how to make it work within our budget. He gave great advice and there was no pressure at all. Jeff provided great ideas and had a great eye for detail. He helped us design, along with the architect, the new floor plans and additional rooms. Once we agreed on the scope of work and price, they got right to work. There was zero delay. Jeff met us, several times, to pick out material (which included tile, grout, doors, windows, hardware, etc.) Jeff also had a great network of resources for any type of job. As we uncovered issues with the old construction of the house, Jeff was able to adapt to the situation and transformed a very old home, into a beautiful new home for our family. Once materials were picked out, the job moved along pretty quickly. They framed out and build a brand new master bed room/bath. They also customized our walk-in closets for us. The rough-in work (Electric & Plumbing) was done to code and the sheetrock went up with no issues. We had a very small, closed off kitchen. Jeff and team were able to work with the architect to knock the walls down (including a load bearing wall), by installing a new steel beam in the ceiling. This transformed the floor plan completely, and gave us an open kitchen. Jeff met us to pick out tile several times and had a very good eye for design detail. Once the tile went down, we quickly moved along with the kitchen and bathrooms. My wife had a very specific banister and posts that she wanted for the stairs. Wellington was able to look at a photo that we gave him and custom make it by hand. It came out beautiful and my wife was extremely happy. We ordered some of our bathroom cabinets and plumbing supplies online. When the master bathroom cabinets arrived in a different color than we expected, and could not return them, Jeff came to the rescue. Rather than throwing away over $1000 on something that we didn't like, Jeff was able to sand down, paint and finish the cabinet for us. They picked out paint, floor stain and siding with us. Once the finish work was done, we were able to move in and enjoy our brand new home. Since we've moved in, Jeff and I have already shared ideas of what projects to work on next. We love our new home and will definitely contract Jade Construction again.

He was upset that we asked him to come back and fix part of the sheet rock was cracked. Also, the amount of time he told us the work would take ended up being much longer.

Jeff, the owner of the company came out to estimate the job. Just as I requested, he delivered a competitive estimate broken out by each service needed. After scheduling the work to be done by his company, his crew showed up to begin within the window of time they said they would start the work. His crew headed by Wellington was polite and knowledgeable. AND I've never seen a crew take the time they did to prep every area they were working on to minimize the cleanup afterwards. Huge plus when a company leaves the site daily as clean as when they arrived. Over a couple of days each job was done and to my satisfaction. Jeff called after the work was completed to make sure I was happy. I had never used this company before. I would definitely use Jade Construction again without any hesitation.

Mr. Castellano obviously seems to have some grudge or dislike for me, and it seems to have short circuited his reasoning. He is adament that the painter should have been responsible for sealing the windows, claiming he even gave him the silicone. However whatever conversations he had with the painter were not within my hearing, nor were they ever mentioned to me by either party. I contracted, in writing with Jade to do this work, and fully paid their bill after Mr. Castellano said they had fully satisfied their contract. Whatever Mr. Castellano's problem with me is, and he seems to have some very strange thoughts, he contracted to perform services and although they were paid for, they were not done, or not done properly, and are his responsibility. I don't know why Mr. Castellano has taken the tact that he has, and in fact I don't care, I just want the damage he has caused to be professionally repaired, and promptly. If Angies List can't help me, my next step is legal action. Please respond on a timely basis.

I found Jade Construction on Angies list and highly reccomend them . From the owner (Jeff) to the carpenters(Welington & Oscar), they were all very professional, timely , organized and very good people. They put up crown molding , chair rails and shawdow boxes on both floors and it looks great even though we havent even painted yet. I also liked the fact that they didnt just show up and did what i asked. They gave us plenty of suggestions and ideas which we took, and it all looks great. I will be looking to hire them for additional jobs in my house !!!

I called Jade looking for an estimate for a complete home rebuild following destruction of my grandfather's house in Hurricane Sandy. The man who answered said, "Hello?" I apologized for calling a private number, indicating that i was trying to reach Jade Construction. "No, this is Jade Construction." I explained I was looking for an estimate. "We don't deal with insurance companies," he said. I explained I am not an insurance company, nor did I even mention an insurance company, but that I wanted an estimate for a complete home rebuild. "I'm not going to deal with an insurance companies," he said again. I explained that I hadn't said anything about insurance because there wasn't any insurance company to deal with; just looking for a rebuild cost for a house in Seaside Heights (50 min from his office). "We don't service that far away." Thank you and good-bye. I do not have any further experience with this company, but I cannot say the man I spoke to was professional, helpful, or polite. Just my two cents.

Jade Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jeff was a great communicator, the workers were very courteous and kept everything very clean throughout the remodel, and the work done was beautiful. They really exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely use them again.
