It went well he cleaned up. He laid the shingles properly so that my solar panels installed on time clean work.

Service was performed as advertised. I needed some follow up paperwork and the vendor was accommodating.

I don't know what to say with J Broni Roofing Inc. They weren't really helpful and they didn't fix the leak, they didn't know where it was coming from and they weren't really helpful. They didn't do anything wrong, they just weren't helpful. I don't think that there should have been a charge, I have had people come and they looked and they didn't charge. They didn't really do anything, they didn't fix the leak.

They said they was going to show up but they missed the appointment

when the roofer came he said $99.00 is not sufficient to check the roof

In late November, 2014, I paid for the $99 for a Roof Tune-Up and Inspection hoping to get my roof inspected and a leak in my skylight assessed for repair. On 11-30, I received and replied to an email message from company asking for my cell phone number. I never received a call nor voice message message thereafter. After some time passed with no further communication, I returned to Angie's List and added an additional message asking for service and provided 3 dates that I would make myself available for the company to come and conduct the inspection. Yesterday, 12-22-14, I received a message from the company indicating that service was not available. quoting, "I will leave the country and I will come back 01 15 2015 01 15 2015 01 15 2015 01 15 2015 if you want to wait okay if not find somebody else thank you." I cannot wait until after 1-15-14, and I am dissatisfied with this company's responsiveness and lack of communication. Why accept orders for work when your company will be going on hiatus? Irresponsible. I reached out to them, no response at all. no phone call or email.

I felt the price was a little expensive especially for the rushed work they did. I felt the price warranted a more thorough and careful job to be done. The guy was nice and accomodating. I would think twice before I used them again.

He was very professional, but I'm not ready for work that he wanted me to have done.

They did a great job. Professional and courteous from the 1st phone call we made to them to getting the job done. They are great guys we had a leak somewhere and they repaired it for us. They gave us some helpful info on how to keep our roof fan running correctly. and a 5 year warranty.

They were wonderful, great, and professional. They came, did their job, and left.

First I didn't call for the service until a couple of weeks before the offer ended. My call was promptly returned and a day and time was scheduled.The provider arrived on time, went to the roof and examined it's condition.He took photographs and explained in detail his findings.He made recommendations and quoted a price if I decided to have him do the job.When I am ready to get the work I will use this provider. It was very brief. The repair person came on time and inspected the roof. He said there was nothing minor that needed fixing and the roof was in good shape. There was one item that I was hoping would be covered in the inspection - one of the pipe penetrations has damaged flashing - but the repair person said that section of the roof would have to be removed and replaced to do a proper job and that was not a minor item. At my request he checked the stove exhaust pipe, while this wasn't technically a roof repair, I wanted to know if the cover was stuck since it wasn't drawing smoke from the stove before I went up to the roof to fix it. It turns out there was an old wasps nest which he removed, which I appreciated.

After putting in for the service via e mail I was contacted by e mail and setup an appointment. I thought that was very responsive. I made the appointment on the weekend. Al from Broni roofing came at the scheduled time. He was polite and efficient. He indicated the flat roof portion of the house had seen better days, I thought that was the case. He gave me a price for two different roof options. I am currently looking at other contractor bids and will make a decision soon.

Provider contacted me immediately regarding setting up appt. He stated that he was out of town but could send his brother. His handsome, helpful and courteous brother did show up. We went to the roof and looked around. He found work that needed to be done and explained everything to me. It was an additional $275. I asked if the money previously paid on Angie's list would suffice, he said no. The money paid was lost because it did not cover the voucher. In addition, I asked if they guaranteed the work performed he said no not unless they did the entire roof. He also said they only take cash. Although the kid seemed genuine, I never received my photos, I lost the $99 paid to Angie's list.

Very well. On the day of the job he came very early, which was good. I did not go on the roof but I have a 10 year warranty. Al also said any problems please call.

They were prompt and professional. He provided pictures of before and after. I recommended him to two of my neighbors.

Problem area was found. Salesman explained the problem and told us what had to be done. The next day he returned and I am very satisfied at this time with the work that was done.

He was on time. Went about his business in a proffessional manner. Gave quotes and explained everything

Estimate too high. Came late for it. Never got up on the roof.

Al and his crew came on New Years Day to do the job dew to a pending snow storm the next day. Al and his crew were great did what they came to do without any problems and I cannot thank them enough.

The job was completed within 3 days. It was done professionally and cleanly. I would recommend Al and his company for roofing repairs.
