They supposed to credit back the my money. Because the work is not yet done. They did a job quick but they didn't follow through.

These guys were a no-show and kept giving me hope that they're on their way. I chose this company because of the good reviews. I called them midday on a Sunday and they said they would text me a confirmation time for the appointment. I waited for hours and called them back several times saying I never got a confirmation text. At about 8:00pm that night, I finally got the confirmation text that said they would come from 12:00-3:00pm on Monday. I was a little annoyed that I couldn't get same-day service, but whatever. The next day, no one showed up for the appointment. I called at 3:30pm and they said they didn't have me listed for an appointment and asked if I was calling the right plumbing company. I said I was calling the directly from the text message that was sent to me. After a brief call, the lady on the phone (who was very courteous), apologized and said the technician was on his was and is delayed due to traffic, but that he should be there in about 45 minutes. A few minutes, I get a call back asking if I would like to reschedule for tomorrow. I said no, I would like the plumber to come in today and that I am ok with a late appointment. Over an hour passes and I don't hear from anyone. I call back and the lady on the phone says they will mark my matter as urgent and escalate it. Still, no one contacts me. I called first thing Tuesday morning to check the status of the situation, but since they use an answering service, there is no one who can answer my question. At this point, I'm very angry and annoyed. Why say the technician is 45 minutes away if he's not coming? There is no accountability and I just ended up finding another plumber who is far more responsive. I will never bother with these guys again.

Incredible end-to-end service from everyone at Innovative Renovations. Within hours of submitting a request for a quote, Jayson reached out to me personally, and went over a number of flexible estimate options for my new shower. Within a week, a professional was scheduled, and in my house, mask-on, installing our brand new shower. IR was extremely communicative, easy to work with, flexible, and professional. The shower looks incredible, and I will absolutely be giving them another call when it comes time to do our next bathroom!

The service was excellent. They were professional. I would absolutely hire them again in the future.

Fortunately, there was no leak. The sewer pipe was bouncing on the sheetrock within the wall when water passed through causing a ticking sound. Price for the inspection was extremely fair. Will use again.
