It went fabulous. We had the unpleasant task of settling our fathers estate and as anyone can imagine there are so many things to do and no one involved has their usual focus and drive. The experience and expertise shown by Fred from Staten Island Properties made this aspect of our task effortless. I believe the maintenance, repair and staging recommendation that he gave us made all the difference in getting the home sold so quickly. We would use him again and highly recommend Staten Island Properties to anyone.
