+ -1 moreSeemed very thorough and detailed. Was very responsive and prompt. Price was reasonable. After moving in, found evidence of rodent infestation - he never even pulled out the refrigerator to check. Also, found many, many small things that inspector missed and found that things he pointed out weren't really a problem.
