Description of Work: I purchased a winter pool cover. Took it home, put it on the pool but it didn't fit. I returned the cover and they took it back without any problem.

+ -1 moreThe pool installation could have gone a bit better because I did have a small problem However, when I brought this to the attention of Holly Hill Pool they worked with me, and the pool installation service to get the job completed to my satisfaction. I can tell you that if i bought the pool from another merchant i would not have had that support - i probably had to resolve the conflict on my own. In the end, everything with Dependable Pool worked out fine.
Description of Work: Holly Hill sold me a pool and recommended installation services from a separate service company - Dependable Pools. Holly Hill was a bit more expensive than the other pool stores I visited - about 50% more than some and I shopped around. I could have bought a cheaper pool but i was concerned about the pool withstanding time (what is it going to look like in 10 years) and my children (boys are rough). The pool I had was made of aluminum and it was installed 10 years ago and someone gave it to me (it was used). So i knew the material was important to longevity. My overall experience with Holly Hill experience was great - they gave me good information and helped me make a decision about what was the best pool/material to buy for my type of backyard.

+ -1 moreI have used this company for about nine years now. They are wonderful, very respectful and very thorough. They just do an excellent job. They are very responsive. I also have them do general repairs on the pool when needed.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK ON WHATEVER I NEEDED THEM TO DO. I'VE BEEN DEALING WITH THEM FOR YEARS. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD. IT'S REASONABLE. THEY MAKE SURE THE LEVELS ARE RIGHT, VACUUM OUT THE LEAVES AND THEN THEY TAKE OFF. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT MAKING SURE THE POOL IS JUST RIGHT.

+ -1 moreTHE PEOPLE THAT PUT IN THE LINER WEREN'T VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY DIDN'T REALLY DO A GOOD JOB. THE PEOPLE HAD BAD ATTITUDES ABOUT THE WORK. IT WAS LIKE THEY WERE DOING A CHORE AND NOT GETTING PAID FOR IT.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I HAD A REALLY CROOKED BACKYARD, THEY LEVELED THE WHOLE SECTION OUT AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE POOL IS AWESOME AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.
