Heartland Village Handyman Services

This is the second time I have used the services of Heartland. They did a great job the first time, so Heartland was who I thought of when I needed more work done on my house. They are timely, they stick to the plan, and everything is cleaned up before they leave.

Everything was completed timely, and the final project came out great!

All went extremely well. The Heartland crew, led by Harvie, arrived on time and went right to work. They worked through the day and did everything that was expected. I have some other work to be done, and I would definitely hire Heartland again to do that work.

Fantastic work! Harvey did a beautiful job at a very fair price. He came when he said he would, did quality work, finished on time and left our property clean. This is our third job using him - he’s a pleasure to work with and always does his best to make the project easy for us. We look forward to working with him again.

I needed alot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt new the steps and railings. I needed my kitchen refreshed and desperately needed a new kitchen floor. I had the kitchen, dining room, lower and upper hallways, and living room painted. I had my windows corked from the inside, and the outside and some of the windows were also repaired. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day and on time and worked extremely hard. Harvey offered ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repair. I was thrilled by the outcome of their work. I would highly recommend them. I plan to use them in the future.

They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs. I was thrilled by the outcome and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them, and I plan to use them in the future.

It went amazingly, I was ready to dump the apartment because of the state it was left in when tenant was evicted. Harvey came in told me how he would restore the apt. He not only did meet what he commented to but fast exceeded what he promised. I loved the apt based on the work he did to the point I would move in...

Harvey and his men arrived promptly, installed an exterior patio door handle, plant brackets, and a wall shelf; hung pictures a mirror, and drapes; Cleared a clogged sink; moved books and an old tv; repaired a table drawer, wooden doors that didn’t fit their frames, and the drop leaf of a wooden table; and tightened door locks and door handles. Harvey and his men worked clean, were friendly and polite, and finished earlier than expected. And Harvey gave me thoughtful, intelligent advice about solving various items on my punch list. A real pleasure to work with, all at a reasonable price.

Harvey and his team did a great job! We removed an existing shower stall unit and Installed a magnificent new shower stall. The project came complete with a new exhaust fan, lights, Bluetooth speaker, and plumbing. Harvey and his team kept the project on schedule, never left us hanging, and exceeded our expectations.

We are thrilled with our remodeled bathroom! It’s a small room but the team came in and transformed the space into something beautiful. They handled all aspects from tile removal and breakdown through installing new shower, fixtures, tile and paint. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Great job - we will work with them again when we start our next project.

They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. JAVIE is well skilled. He figured out the complexities of installing my air conditioner.

I had a gazebo installed and I am very pleased with the job they did. They were on time and finished the job within a few hours. Harvey and his crew were very respectful and professional. I definitely will be calling on them again for future jobs. I highly recommend them.

Harvey is my go to handyman for all my household needs. So here I am having called him again to resolve an issue. From the first call till the visit and completion of job Harvey kept me well informed. He is timely polite and super nice. Thanks for always coming through for me and my house Harvey. We started out with a budget just for the kitchen to repaint the kitchen cabinets, replace the flooring with porcelain tiles, redo the peninsula, use quartz for the counter tops, add recess lighting, and center the lighting fan. Into the job, based on Harvey's excellent advice, we decided to get new kitchen cabinets, have Harvey and his team build storage cabinets above the new cabinets instead of having a soffit built in that open space. We also had a pantry rebuilt by Harvey and his team as well. Lastly we had the peninsula changed to an island with cabinets added underneath as well. Also, we decided to redo the small (powder) bathroom on the main floor. Harvey and his team were awesome. He was very patient in allowing us to make changes to the original plans that turned out quite outstanding. His team always showed up early for work. The quality of the work was simply outstanding. Instead of half doing things like what we got with the Home Depot contractors in years prior, Harvey and his team took things back to the studs and made sure the things were built the right way. I now feel very confident about what is behind the walls and how the work was done. I will attached pictures of the kitchen and bathroom by next week. We are still putting things back into the new cabinets now and etc. We are extremely happy with the work Harvey and his team did. We intend to use them for a few other projects in the future. If you're really thinking about having work done on your home, I would highly recommend that you speak with Harvey to have his team come to do an amazing job for you as well. He will work with you on to provide competitive pricing. In the end it's all about quality work that you can feel great about. We feel great!!!!!!! :)
