The estimate was good.

It was supposed to be cleaning, however the young man was very flexible and it turned out that I needed more help packing boxes. I was moving my sister from her home and that was very good and he was very helpful. They came within a day and I had booked it and they were very prompt. The woman that was supposed to come had a death in the family, so this young man was available and he came. I spent $20 an hour. They were excellent and it was left to me to do things, but having them there gave me momentum and encouragement. The person that came had very good attitude and he was professional, and did his work. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again.

I am very happy with the professionalism of the people that I spoke to in the office, the price, and the cleaner, Abby, that was sent to my apartment.

They were great. We moved into a new apartment so we wanted it clean. It was on a weekend, it was 2 people and it took 4 hours. They were very, very nice people. They were cooperative and did a great job. The were prompt, too. I have already recommended them to someone else.

I was very unhappy with them. My husband said there was a charge for $284 and I don't know if it was from them; I have to call the credit card company to see. They were supposed to work for five hours with two people. They were supposed to do the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway, two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. They did not get the bathroom done and they spent two hours of overtime. They sent these people from the Bronx into Staten Island, which blew me away because it was way too far for people to come. That shocked me. When they came in, they were very, very lackadaisical. My husband I had to say to get a move on. Darryl was the gentleman that was working and he really worked. I wanted to throw the girl out of here. She started giving me a face and stuff. I just wanted her to do the job. Thank goodness the guy did his work. You could tell when they first came in that they had no intention of really doing what they were supposed to be doing. There was another issue where I had asked the manager, Diane, a few weeks before if they did pet sitting and she said that they did. She kept stringing me along and I said that we were not going to be able to get a pet sitter. She then said that she had one person in Staten Island and it was like a mess, but we did end up finding one. Pets are important and you can't tell people that you have someone and then leave them like that. I was very, very disappointed and I was shocked. After prompting, the people did get their stuff together and did the job. They didn't know whom they were sending and they just sent anyone. The guy did excellent work, but the girl did not. The guy worked very hard and if it was not for him, nothing would have gotten done. They were late coming.

Have come twice so far; I've set up continued service every three weeks. Overall, I am impressed at how clean everything was! Almost everything was scrubbed well and fully! The only not great thing was that the shower floor (bath tub) wasn't fully clean even after two cleanings, though it was pretty dirty to begin with. Expect them to come a bit early.

Initially the company was going to send only two people but I called back and suggested adding another person as I knew it was a big job. They sent the three people and there was also their supervisor there (total of four people). The cleaners worked very efficiently, got a very dirty house very clean, did the job in exactly the time alloted and were very professional and responsive to all my special requests. I would definitely use this company again. I can tell you that all three people worked for the full five hours and didn't take one break or make one phone call and their supervisor was right on top of things too.

They showed up on time to do the work. They went back though the house to make sure they got everything. They were very friendly when they were working.

The person seemed like he hadn't cleaned houses before (maybe offices). I really needed the help because we were under pressure to move out of the old and into the new, and in my mind the ''new'' was pretty dirty (just years of not cleaning well). There was a lot of normal grime in the bath and kitchen. The cabinets and hardware were still greasy when the guy left. The bathroom tile hadn't been cleaned. I found an old cigarette in the cabinet in the kitchen (so the insides hadn't been touched). I complained to the company, and they gave me two ''free'' hours, provided I booked four. Then they sent a trainee and another person who showed up about an hour later, and all of this for a higher rate than we originally agreed. They stayed for 3 1/2 hours though I paid for four. It wasn't worth complaining again.

They did a pretty thorough job. Perhaps not as completely perfectionist as I've sometimes seen, but they got the place very clean in a relatively short amount of time.
