 + -1 moreIT WAS OK EXCEPT I HAD TO STAND UP TO THEM BECAUSE THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY COMPUTER. THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE. I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY HONEST. THEY ARE YOUNG AND KNOW A LOT ABOUT COMPUTERS.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO CLEAN EVERYTHING FOR VIRUSES. THEY PUT A NEW HARD DRIVE IN THE COMPUTER.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GREAT. THEY PRETTY MUCH TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE GOOD. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL GUYS WORKING ON IT.

 + -1 moreIT SEEMS THAT BEST BUY HIRES PEOPLE WHO DON'T KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT A COMPUTER. IT'S PRETTY MUCH TRIAL AND ERROR IF YOU GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE MODEM, WORKED ON THE PRINTER, AND WORKED ON THE DATA RECOVERY. THEY DIDN'T PUT ANYTHING BACK IN, AND THE COMPUTER DIDN'T RECOGNIZE ANYTHING.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE SLOW. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE SLOW TO KNOW THEIR JOB. WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST THING THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE THEY NEVER DID. THE CLEANING SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING THEY DID. IT TOOK ME 7 MONTHS TO GET MY COMPUTER WORKING CORRECTLY. EVERY 3 OR 4 WEEKS I HAD TO BRING MY COMPUTER BACK IN. IT WAS CLEANING UNDER THE MOTHERBOARD. WE WROTE THEM LETTERS, AND THEY WROTE US BACK, AND THEY TOLD US TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF WE DIDN'T LIKE THEIR SERVICES.
Description of Work: IT WAS THE REPLACEMENT OF A MOTHERBOARD AND A CLEANING.
