He came in within my budget and his fees were very reasonable. He was always available and prompt in answering my questions and was on schedule with the job to be done. The paint job was excellent and was above and beyond in quality, attention to detail, preparation and finishing touches. And the apartment was clean and spotless when he finished. Gate Seven did a quick and amazing job. We painted two floors of our house and we are very happy with the quality of work.

Vassilios Roussopoulos who also goes by Billy, gave me an estimate for painting an entire apartment, refinishing the floors, and sanding/painting all the molding. He agreed to do it and said he would start on Monday, April 11th. I delayed moving into my new apartment for an extra two weeks so that he could do this work. On Sunday the 10th he checked in with me and said that he would meet me at the apartment at 8AM the next day. He NEVER showed up. He refuses to pick up any of my calls or respond to my texts or emails. This has been a nightmare situation because now my moving will be delayed by another 3-4 weeks so that I can find another contractor. I’m very upset. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.
