I made a big mistake and paid Peter the full amount before the job was finished! He's a nice enough guy but I got tired of exchanging texts with him about why he couldn't return to finish the job. And sadly, I still have leaks...

Trombetta installed a new boiler in my Coop/Brownstone building. in December 2013. They have returned several times to adjust settings and controls. Brought an electrician to check wiring and attended to various leaks in pipes and radiators. This is a family business and there is always a Trombetta available to deal with any plumbing problems and emergencies. They have a number that can be called at any time for emergencies and they are very responsive. |They are clean, polite, personable and very caring. We feel that we are in very good hands with Trombetta.

He was one of the first people I called for the work. He was very nice but it took him a long time to call me back. I ended up getting someone else because of that.

They have worked on the house a lot and I have always been highly satisfied. I think that they are wonderful. The son came when the shower got dislodged. He was scheduled to come in a week and he remembered that we only have one bathroom in the house, so he came after work that very day, and nobody missed the shower. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes. He just came as soon as he finished his regular job. They have done things like that for us over the years and I would definitely recommend Frank Trombetta. Frank Junior is the plumber and they also have electricians. One of the sons is the financial manager of the business. They don't even advertise and that is how well known they are by word of mouth. Our next door neighbors on the right and the left have used them. They are really good. They have done well beyond what we would expect from professionals over the years. We haven't had a plumbing problem in years and I was so amazed that the son could remember that we only had one bathroom in the house.
