Excellent! Donna made some really good recommendations when we initially met. Dan is the ultimate expert on fireplaces. He supervised his crew who were prompt, friendly and cleaned up each day. Vinny is a master carpenter who was meticulous about his work. Our family room was transformed by Dan and Vinny's work. We couldn't be happier. N & E

We couldn't be happier! I called Firebird Sweep and Donna immediately scheduled an appointment with me to meet and discuss options. Upon meeting with her, I was able to choose the correct fireplace that suited our needs, so she arranged an appointment for us with Dan to discuss installation. After meeting with Dan, we knew we were ready to set a date to install. Within 2 weeks Dan and his staff came, cleaned chimney and completed the job. They were professional, tidy and helpful to answer our questions. I highly recommend Firebird Sweep to anyone that is in need of any Fireplace upgrades, repairs or cleaning.

I needed information about service (cleaning) on my chimney. My sister (who lives on Staten Island) and is a loyal customer recommended Firebird. I called and left spoke with Donna. Though Firebird does not service my area (I live on Long Island), Donna researched reputable professionals who would be able to help me. I was very impressed with her professionalism.

Called firebird sweep about doing service on an existing gas fireplace ,nice lady returned my phone call and said she would speak to the technician and get right back to me probably same day,that was 11 days ago and no return call

From the minute I met him, I knew Dan was an old world craftsman. Not because of the way he looked but with the way he talked. They needed to rip out all the exsisting material. They were extremely neat, I mean neater than any contractor I have experienced. I was informed every step of the way with any surprised my old house presented. The new fireplace was installed professionally and the stone was cut and installed wonderfully. After the job was complete I have hired him to do two addition jobs for me and both also came out perfect.

They showed up on time, which was good. They actually called back when I tried to make an appointment; most of the companies didn't return my call. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He made a couple of recommendations. Overall it was pretty good. He was very professional. The guy wasn't messy at all. He used a vacuum to clean up and it was very good. The price was excellent.

IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM SO I WAS SATISFIED. THEY DID WHAT I ASKED FOR THEM TO DO. THEY PUT THE BRUSH UP THE CHIMNEY, AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT I WAS CLEAR. IT WAS CLEAN AND CLEAR, AND THERE WERE NO OBSTRUCTIONS.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE WORKERS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ALSO AND EFFICIENT IN GETTING THINGS DONE. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THE WORKER CAME HERE ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB THAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO, AND THEY LEFT. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF IT. THE SMOKE FLOWS FREELY UP THE CHIMNEY AND THEY CLEARED ALL OF THE SOOT FROM THE FIREPLACE. YOU CAN ACTUALLY TELL WHAT COLOR THE BRICKS ARE NOW, IT MAKES IT LOOK SO MUCH NICER. THE PRICE WAS HIGHER THAN MOST OTHERS, BUT THEY ARE DEPENDABLE SO IT WAS WORTH IT.

THEY'RE EXCELLENT. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, PROMPT AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY WERE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. THE PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPONSIVENESS OF THE COMPANY WAS ALSO EXCELLENT.

I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. THE CHIMNEY NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT WHEN YOU USE THE FIREPLACE. IF IT DOESN'T GET DONE, THE CHIMNEY COULD CATCH ON FIRE. THEY KEEP ME SAFE.
