Ethan Allen Inc

We decided to buy from Ethan Allen based on its reputation of selling high quality furniture. Prior to buying anything, our salesperson came to the house to make furniture, paint and window treatment recommendations. We opted to go with many of her recommendations. Overall, we were satisfied with our purchase. Our only complaint about the furniture was that the cushions for the dining room chairs are stiffer than we would have wanted. Ethan Allen has an option to pay extra for higher quality cushions for sofas and lounge chairs, but does not offer the same thing with the dining room chairs. For the price that we paid for the dining room chairs, we were very dissappointed. Also, we took advantage of a financing offer that was communicated to us incorrectly. When raising this issue to the salesperson, they acknowledged giving us the wrong information, and after discussing with management, were able to modify the financing offer to something that was closer to what we thought we were signing up for.

I LIKE THE COMPANY A LOT. I THINK THEY ARE VERY GOOD COMPANY, AND THEY TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. THEY SENT OUT A CONTRACTOR TO DO IT. ETHAN ALLEN DOESN'T DO IT THEMSELVES. IT'S FINE WHEN THE SOFA WAS CLEAN. IT WAS MISERABLE WHEN THE SOFA WAS DELIVERED AND DAMAGED.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD BECAUSE THEIR QUALITY IS VERY GOOD IN THEIR FURNITURE. THE DESIGNERS THAT THEY HAVE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE DECORATING. THEY KNOW HOW TO HELP YOU WITH FABRICS AND COLOR SCHEMES. THE QUALITY OF THE FURNITURE IS GOOD. THEY STAND BY THE COMPANY ITSELF. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG, THEY TAKE IT BACK. I'VE NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING DAMAGED.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN A WELL KNOW COMPANY THAT USED TO HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION. I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORKMANSHIP. ONE OF THE CROSSBARS ON AN ANTIQUE COUCH BROKE SO THEY HAD TO TEAR THE UPHOLSTERY TO FIX IT. WHEN I GOT IT BACK YOU COULD TOTALLY TELL WHERE THE CUT HAD BEEN MADE AND THE COUCH DIDN'T FEEL STURDY AT ALL.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, POLITE, AND ATTENTIVE. IT IS JUST HOW THEY PRESENTED THEMSELVES. THE PRICE WAS FAIR FOR THE QUALITY OF THE ITEMS WAS ALSO GOOD. THEY CAME TO US WITH THEIR IDEAS, AND WE HELPED CHANGE THEM WHEN IT WASN'T WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. THEY BOUGHT THE FURNITURE AND HAD IT DELIVERED TO THE HOUSE. IT WAS A VERY EASY WAY TO DECORATE THE HOUSE.

IT WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE OVERALL POSITIVE. THEY WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WELL VERSED IN INTERIOR DESIGN. THE PRODUCTS THEY OFFERED WERE GREAT QUALITY. THE PRICE WAS FOR THE QUALITY, YOU GOT VALUE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. IT WAS PRETTY QUICK. IT IS NOT THAT THEY RUSHED ME.
