Clear communication leading up to the visit. We had a team of two who was incredibly detail-oriented and efficient! So meticulous and thorough that they even made sure that the inside of my trash can lids, inside of my bathroom vanity, and inside of my toaster oven was clean. This is possibly the best cleaning service I have ever hired. The manager talked to me about my needs and arranged for two efficient cleaners to come several days before my family arrived for the holidays. She also sent me a list of cleaning supplies I would need. I am not a good cleaner myself, so they had a challenging job. They met the challenge with hard work and good humor. We had a great first visit! We had a team of two people come and they were efficient, professional and detail-oriented. Everything was sparkling when they left - they even scrubbed some of the doors and walls! We have rehired Ella Cleaning to come back on a monthly basis. We’ve had some bad experiences before, so this was such a relief that we found a company that did such a nice job.

Merys and her team are very professional. Everything looks and smells clean when they are done. They are reliable, detailed oriented, and very efficient. They ask questions along the way, which helps because I’ve usually forgotten to tell them something. Payment is online and very easy. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

VERY professional company. Was flexible with scheduling and met (and exceeded) our needs. Had two workers for five hours who were cleaning a home that really had not been cleaned in a LONG time. The owner/boss (Merys) came out and assisted and even got the vacuum to work. They worked hard and made significant progress in terms of cleaning. There was NO cutting corners and they did the job and were worth the $. We have already booked again for 2 more sessions. STRONGLY recommend.

I have this 6 years and would not have anyone else. Mery and her staff are very friendly, professional, listens to my direction always and follow through, Merly has always accommate me with my schedule. I always have my windows done (I live before on the 2nd floor) twice a year and their look beautiful always. Her prices are good as well.
