I was contacted immediately after looking up Ella’s. A free in-person estimate was done the same day by Merys, and I was informed that I would need to buy shelves to maximize the space. And it was all affordable! I found this helpful for planning and budgeting. We scheduled a week in advance of service. On the day of, the 2 staff who support us were timely, patient, and unjudgmental of the clutter that my elderly mom accumulated over the years and was a little resistant to change. The best part was that my mom and I didn’t have to lift a finger, and we can see our beautiful wood floors again! I was very satisfied with this service and look forward to utilizing Merys to further organize the kitchen, dinner, and bathroom and get the other areas of the house just as tidy and doing so on a regular schedule.

Being isolated during this pandemic, it meant so much for her to have even a short time with others, I would definitely recommend them. It went superb. I am extremely picky and Mary and her team did a fabulous job. The cleaning was Meticulous and I did not have to do any touch ups after they left. By far, Ella exceeded our expectations! We hired them for a house-cleaning just before Christmas Eve. Merys provided a clear estimate and price when she visited my house, kept excellent communication with me, shared a list of cleaning tools and products she required, and she and her 2 partners arrived exactly at our appointed time! They began work immediately and performed the house-cleaning tasks with excellent attention to detail, including ceiling fans, upper and lower molding, kitchen, bathrooms, and all of our furniture. I'm very pleased with their results. Our house's living space is 1990 sq.ft. and it took them 5 1/2 hours to complete this initial cleaning, just as estimated. The cost was $275 + the cleaning tools and products that we needed (approximately $140 investment). I will hire them monthly from now on at $175/ month. Thank you for making our house presentable for our huge Christmas get-together!

It went great in every respect. Both employees went all out to bring some sparkle to a place that has had none in a long time. And they were both very pleasant to interact with.

The ladies did a wonderful job cleaning my entire house. There were a few spots that I wanted to be cleaned more thoroughly which they did with no hesitation. Overall, very pleased with service and would hire again.

Merys girls were fantastic, sweet, very helpful, did everything i needed to get my home clean after months and months of very bad experiences i was so happy to finally find a company that delivered everything promised, and at a rate that was very reasonable. i can't wait for them to come back and clean again. This cleaning service was the first one I used. I have tried a few others based on the price, however, Ella's Cleaning Service has proven to the the best one. Ella sends the exact amount of people you need and they are always on time. They work quickly yet efficiently and get the job done. The last time I hired them on September 21, 2017. I was very pleased with the housecleaning job. When you walked outside and closed the front door you could smell the clean pine smell all the way outside. Every space was clean from the basement to the attic. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service over all the others. Thank You, Andrea J.

Did not hire. I was told I had to provide EVERYTHING for cleaning. They would just send a body.
