They did a great job with the installation. The price included installation and all materials, except for the TV. I got exactly what I wanted. I have the ability to monitor the kids while they are in the pool, monitor the kids in the playroom and monitor the house from a security standpoint when home or away from home. I can also control the Fios box and DVD player that are connected to my living room TV, even though they are located one level below in my basement media closet, using the universal remote control that they programmed. I had some issues with the CCTV video monitor and the 3D funcionality of the DVD player, but they came back and addressed both issues immediately. I have not had any problems since. They typically install the CCTV monitor near the DVR (usually sits on top of the media rack), but I asked them to run wires and install the CCTV monitor in the kitchen (more practical location since it is the central point of the house). They were able to do it without a problem. They also ran another cat5e network cable to the stereo receiver used for my outdoor speakers, so now I am able to stream Pandora and other internet radio services in my backyard.

On 1/13 I called and spoke to Anthony and told him what I needed. He said he would call me back and I never heard from him. I gave him both my phone numbers and neither one is out of order.
