+ -1 moreI think that's very unprofessional. The owner was very argumentative. I'm very disappointed because I really needed a sign and there's not many places on Staten Island that offer this service.
Description of Work: Owner refused to give me a picture of how the sign would look like for my front yard. He wanted me to order the sign without even emailing a copy of how it would look like. It's a simple sign. He refused to have me come to his showroom.

+ -1 moreELY NEW CANVAS WAS FILTHY DIRTY. DAVES ANSWER WAS THE CAN BE CLEANED, AND IF YOUR GOING THE PICK OUT EVERY LITTLE THING, WHAT CAN I SAY. WELL I SAY THAT DAVE IS A COCKY, SASSY MAN WHO DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER. ONCE HE HAS YOUR DEPOSIT, HE IS NO LONGER NICE! WELL GUESS WHAT, NOT UP IN HERE! HIS WORK ETHIC IS HERENDOUS, AND HE SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! THE NONSENSE HE TELLS YOU TO SELL A JOB IS RIDUCULOUS! STAY AWAY, HE IS THE WORST CONTRACTOR EVER!
Description of Work: PROVIDER WAS TO FABRICATE TWO AWNINGS FOR MY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY! DAVE THE OWNER DID INDEED MAKE THE AWNINGS AS AGREED IN A FASTER THAN EXPECTED TIME, BUT DID NOT FOLLOW UP ON OUR AGREEMENTS OF MYSELF BEING PRESENT WHEN THE AWNINGS WERE DONE AND READY TO INSTALL. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE AWNINGS WERE MADE HORRIBLE, THE FRAMING WAS TERRIBLE, AND THE SUPPOSED

+ -1 moreInstead of making the estimate for what I wanted, he gave me an estimate of an awning all the way to may mailbox. I called him today and he told me that I had wanted the awning that big. I told him he had lost my business because he lied about me wanting that.
Description of Work: Dave, the owner, came to my home. I wanted an awning just over my door. He came to measure and then he came inside to give me the estimate.
