Just had these people send someone over for an "estimate" on fixing my kitchen sink and doing an integrity test on my gas-line. One of their plumbers showed up not knowing anything about problems with my sink and tools to perform the integrity test. I asked how much this would be and he said "I don't know, you have to call the office" I promptly called the office and asked why he was here to perform only half of what I asked for originally and with NO "estimate". The reply from the young lady in the office was "I dont know the pricing, I'll check with the foreman and call you back" After she checked and called back I still received no pricing estimate and was told that "we don't know how long it will take for the job to be completed, so we can't give you an estimate" Huh??? So in other words, I won't have any idea how much this job will cost until I agree to let you complete it??? In the midst of me talking to the young lady in the office, the plumber received a call (presumably from his boss) and said he had to go. He grabbed his tools and promptly left without explanation. This was beyond SHADY and suspicious. I will never contact these people again.
