The guys showed up on time ready to work and Joe explained everything in detail when it came to pricing the amount was fair considering the cost of the material. Great communication skills and the job was done in one day and Joe made sure the guys cleaned up everything after themselves. Just an overall excellent experience all around and I have already recommended him to all my neighbors.

They were extremely professional and very patient. My yard was a mess and they were able to bring it back to life. They were very detailed in every bush hedge and flowers that were placed. As well as new grass. I am very happy and the fact they did not try to overcharge was great. This is a great company.

I should say at the outset that I am not one of those types of people who frivolously write negative reviews against service providers for the most trivial inconveniences. In fact, I have never submitted a negative review prior to this one. However, in this case, I have no choice given the circumstances that occurred. This simple powerwashing project turned out to be a total nightmare and complete disaster. Seemingly, almost nothing went right at all. Do not hire this guy for your powerwashing job! If I could give Joseph Dempsey 0 stars, I would. He did not clean the gutter, which he promised to do, and which was part of the increased cost. He caused one of my air conditioning units to malfunction. He may have damaged one of the panels of my fence. He essentially failed to clean any of the items that I actually wanted to be cleaned. He failed to remove any of the dirt and stains on the fence. He failed to remove any of the stains on my deck and the stairs leading up to the deck. He failed to remove many stains on the siding. He failed to clean the garage door. He caused paint to be removed from the floor of my garage, that was probably painted only six months ago. Indeed, the garage door and the area around the garage may actually have been dirtier after he left. He made no impact on the pavers. He made the grill dirtier than it was before he attempted to clean it. He pushed all of the significant amount of dirt and debris either onto my neighbors' property and/or in the corner of my backyard that was previously clean. He created dirt and debris, all of which landed on the top of my other neighbors' car. He left thick black lines on the pavers, which we are waiting to see if they go away. He was entirely unprofessional, combative and defensive. He would not take responsibility for any of the numerous mistakes made and his utter failure to perform the job. He refused to clean up the dirt and debris that was on my neighbors' property, remarkably saying that was not part of the job. He got into an argument with my other neighbor concerning the dirt and debris that he put on the top of the car. I was stunned and embarrassed. Do yourself a favor, and hire someone else for your powerwashing job.
