DECK MASTER HOME IMPROVEMENT

There were some delays in scheduling the work due to weather and some family commitments on my part. Once work began, the men were hard workers (despite some very warm days) and always cleaned up at the end of each day.They removed all debris, washed and even went over some areas with a shop vac. The new deck looks great. Once, when I had some questions, the boss came over promptly to review the progress and answer all my questions. I am pleased with the new deck, and would recommend Deckmasters to others.

I am so pleased with the final result of this project. I had a basic idea of what I wanted and from the first meeting with Harry I felt this became a collaborative plan. His estimate was reasonable and true to cost. The time frame given was accurate. The craftmanship of the workers was excellent. The only problem I had was that as soon as the workers finished they packed up their things, cleaned off all debris and left. I should have asked for them to wait until I had the opportunity to do a complete walkthru as there were a couple of minor things that needed to be slightly altered. But they came back and made the changes needed. I would not hesitate to recommend Deck Masters. As an aside, my neighbors chose a different company to do their work. That company took forever and the quality of work was terrible. Again, I am so pleased with the choice I made.

The carpenters showed up promptly, worked in an orderly and neat manner, and upon completion left the worksite clean and free of any debris. The workmen would always answer any questions politely and thoroughly.

They did a good job and completed the work very quickly. The only thing I didn't like is that the company is based in Staten Island and I'm in New Jersey. I was the one who had to get the permit. I think the job might have gone faster if they had been the ones to get the permit. They were never able to come out to assess the site in person before starting the job. It was hard to coordinate scheduling. Other than that they did a very good job. They cleaned up and were very thorough.

We were very pleased with the work at every stage. The person who provided the estimate was helpful and attentive, the workers were excellent, as well as polite and careful. The job turned out to be more difficult than expected because our street is too narrow for the city to give a permit for a dumpster to dispose of old deck that was dismantled. But they pretty much took this in stride.

There were 3 people installing the deck. They did a very good job on the quality of the work. It did talk them a long time in my opinion. They kept on leaving the area and then coming back later. I also thought that it was way over priced. I think I would look around a little first.

THEY WERE GOOD AND I AM VERY SATISFIED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. IF I NEEDED FUTURE WORK DONE, I WOULD CERTAINLY CALL THEM AGAIN. I GOT THREE ESTIMATES, AND THEY WERE THE BEST PRICE. THE GUY'S EXPERTISE AND HIS HONESTY CAME UP PRETTY GOOD.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE COMPARABLE PRICE WISE. I WAS HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CAME EARLY IN THE MORNING AND SPENT THE WHOLE DAY WORKING.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY CAME TO WORK ON TIME AND WORKED THROUGH THE HOTTEST DAYS OF THE SUMMER IN ORDER TO FINISH THE PROJECT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTERWARD.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY DO VERY QUALITY WORK. I JUST THINK THEY WERE TERRIFIC TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY WERE ALSO PUNCTUAL AND WERE A PLEASURE.
