Contacted them for quote to refinish floors, very courteous and informative. Didn't do the work because we did realize it would take about a week to do the work and we have pets. They do not do well at kennels and cannot be left outside for such a long time. It will be done just not until we can figure out our pet situation. Its not like you can have anyone take in a bullmastiff. Would definitely recommend.

Always use him he is wonderful

Quality work at a very good price. I have recommended him to many friends and coworkers since. Only gripe would be the sawdust left behind from sanding. Wish I hadn't had to clean it from all the nooks and crannies, but I guess that comes with the territory. Can't complain!

He was honest. We felt like his prices were reasonable and his work was really good. He was professional and punctual.

I had called Mr. Joia to provide me with a quote, which I found reasonable. We set up a date to begin work, he was more than accommodating in the scheduling. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances on my part, I couldn't get the work done. I am planning on having the job done after the new year and will update this review then. Any messages I left were promptly answered. I found Mr. Joia very pleasant to deal with and he knew exactly what I wanted done.

Daniel Joia did a beautiful job refinishing our 125-year-old hardwood floors. He was punctual and professional, and he gave us a very competitive price. We have used his services in the past, and we will definitely use him again.

It took five days total to refinish the floors in my house. They came out beautiful, everyone who visits comments about how beautiful the floors look and ask who did it. We are extremely happen with the job performed.

Good job overall for a great price. Left quite a bit of sanding dust but suppose that comes with the territory. Would hire him again.

Danial and his partner first needed to remove old flooring and in one room replace plywood subfloor. This is a dirty job no matter how you slice it, but Daniel and his partner managed to complete with a minimum of mess. I supplied the new producrt and it was installed professionally. Daniel, although not part of my agreement, reinstalled all floor and door moulding upon completion.

Dan came and priced out the job fairly, was punctual, friendly and very courteous. He did an awesome job and I've already had friends ask for his number after seeing the work. He was honest and trustworthy and I would highly recommend him. He is a true master of his craft.

HE IS DEFINITELY AN A. HE'S VERY INGENIOUS WITH HIS WOOD WORKING AND WITH HIS PATTERNS. IT'S THE WAY HE LOOKS AT A ROOM AND CAN EXPLAIN WHAT WOULD LOOK BEST AND WHY. HE'S JUST A DOWNRIGHT PLEASURE TO WORK WITH.
