 + -1 moreHe came to inspect the damage, told us how we could save our floor, what he would do, gave us a bid and date, and did exactly what he said he would do at the bid price, and very well at that. Can not ask for more from a contractor.
Description of Work: They scraped, leveled, and sanded down my Sandy-flood damaged pine floor, literally to the edge of the wall, replaced two broken boards, put down 2 coats of a protective coating. I get "wow" from all my neighbors
