We were extremely happy with the service. The tub in the home we bought was stained with rust and years of neglect. We tried everything that we could to clean it, but nothing worked. We looked into replacing the tub, but because of it's custom shape, it would have cost a fortune. In a few hours work, they reglazed the tub, and it looks as good as new; spotless, gleaming, white. It was a fantastic job, and we couldn't be happier with the result. When performing the work, they were conscientious, professional, vented the odors as best they could, covered all surfaces, and they cleaned up when they finished. We would definitely recommend and use them again if we needed it.

They were very happy to answer any and all questions about the job. They came on time and were very willing to come back promptly to do minor touch ups. Jimmy White is very pleasant and easy to deal with. His employee, Martin, has been with a long time and is experienced. They use the latest technology and materials. They have a glaze from a noted manufacturer that drys in six hours and they have a non-skid bath mat that is easy to clean, lasts a long time and blends with the tub. They are very reliable and do good work. I highly recommend them.

Technician was early, friendly, professional, and fast. He covered everything well. There is a slightly raised pattern on the bottom of the tub, where flower shaped non skid stickers were removed, and a shading from white to grayish in places on the bottom. These did not show after the previous re-glaze. For this reason, I think the finish is a little too thin.

Our tub and shower had a bath fitter tub liner and surround in place when we bought. Over time, water leaked into the cavity between the liner and the original tub, creating a 'moon bounce' sensation. I removed the liner & surround and found the original yellow tile and tub behind. The tub was filled with nasty adhesive and gunk from the liner. I called Custom Spraying to come in and clean out the gunk and respray & refinish the tub in white. Jimmy was great on the phone. He advised waiting to refinish until we had finished with our tiling, which we did. On the appt day, his guy, Martin, arrived right on time. I was concerned that the gunk wouldn't be removable, but Martin got it all out. The tub looks beautiful. Jimmy explained we have a two year warranty and to call about any imperfections. Great work, good price - we couldn't be happier.

Bath tub reglaze- The owner returned my call regarding service within 24 hours. An appointment was scheduled, the technician arrived early, set out to pro the job immediately and worked in a neat and efficient manner. The job was done well and on budget. No surprises or hassles.

Services were great! Martin was there 10 Minutes before the appointment and was ready to work. He was done in no time at all. Very happy with the tub and instructions were informative. I would recommend to anyone looking to refinish their tubs.

The man who did the work was quiet, nice and efficient. He covered all the area that was not getting sprayed with plastic and covered the floor. The faucets, shower head and drain were wrapped. The grout was removed and the spray was done all in about 31/2 - 4 hours. We had to leave the room alone for drying and even though there was an exhaust fan running the entire time, there was a very strong chemical odor which lasted a full day. The tile was regrouted around the rim of the tub and we were very happy with the results.

Martin, an employee of the company was very skillful and did a great job. I think the cost of the job was quite high for the amount of work involved but it saved me the cost of buying a new refrigerator.

I just described what I needed to be done. They did not come out and look at it. The estimate was sort of fair, I think.

After leavning a message requesting a callback, the owner of the company promptly called us back and walked my husband through the benefits and different services offered. He offered the reasons why his company takes certain actions and then gave prices. Later that week, we had a reglazer (Martin) show up promptly and complete the work (regrouting and reglazing the tub area) within a few hours. Martin was pleasant and professional. He left us with the tub drying (as is customary) and instructions for how to care for it properly. Upon inspection after we carefully removed the paper, we found the grout to be fresh and clean, however there were areas that could have been more carefully applied. As for the tub, it had a beautifully applied shiny coat, but we did notice three or four little pits in the floor of the finish (of course just where my toe hits each morning) Along the sides there were a few places where it seemed like the paint ran too thick or thinly. It can be seem in the morning light. When we reached out to Jimmy, he was quick to respond and would have sent Martin back to redo the job, but as the smell and mess was more than what my husband was ready to handle ( we have two little kids and the odor was overwhelming) we decided to keep it as is for now. I have no doubt if I called Jimmy in another month or two he would come back to fix his work. As for professionalism, Jimmy is wonderful. As for the quality of work I wish it had been done perfectly the first time for the amount we paid. Have no doubt to use these guys. Just be sure to check over the work and let Jimmy know right away so as to make any necessary repairs.

Everything was perfect and reasonably priced. Out of 4 vendors I contacted Jimmy was the only one who had the insurance my co-op building requires, charged very competitively, and also provided the service of re-caulking the tub. He responded immediately to every text, phone call and email and his worker arrived exactly on time and left instructions and took very thorough care to protect the other surfaces in the bathroom, and make sure the faucets did not drip on the drying glaze (this is a problem I had the last time i glazed my tub with a different service).

Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and Martin did a good job. I still need to wait 24 hours before using my tub, but I wanted to put in my good review now. I will assume this job is as good as the one done for me ten years ago. If I have any problems, I know they'll be taken care of.

The owner decided on what I needed over the phone and sent a technician to do the job. The problem was that, because of the nature of the problem, he really couldn't re-enamel in a satisfactory way. Although he eventually looked at the sink himself, and it was re-treated twice, the problem really couldn't be fixed.

Overall a good professional job and they will respond to any problems in a timely manner. However you must also realize that there are many shades of white and it may not exactly match the other whites in bathroom but it worked ok for me.

The product turned out nicely and was straight forward. It was cheaper than most other products and we got the look we were going for. They did the work in home and try to keep the dust and paint contained. They put tarps around the room but there is still a fair amount of dust so if you don't want something to get dirty, move it somewhere else.

They did a good job. Our bathtub and sink look great. They were on time, and I have no complaints. I would certainly use them again in the future.

They were very responsive in the beginning. Job was satisfactory, but could have been better. The tub is claw foot against a wall. They covered the whole bathroom with paper, but didn't cover the wall or floor behind the tub so paint sprayed on the tile wall and floor which I only noticed as I was cleaning. It is not visible without looking carefully. They covered the tub fixtures and drain with tape and paper. After the paint was set, I removed the tape and there were some tiny spots on the tub that didn't get paint. Next time, I will remove the fixtures for complete clean resurfacing. Paint pooled and dried at the drain area, so that was a bit sloppy. After a year, the paint at the drain began to crack, since the job was still under warrantee, I asked for it to be repaired. It took about 3 weeks for someone to come out. The repair wasn't urgent so I didn't push, but I was disappointed that I had to call at least 4 times to get a commitment for someone to come out. Overall, I am satisfied. I did expect a little higher level of quality, commitment to detail and responsiveness. I was happy that they do stand by their guarantee. Never saw the owner, just the workers. Would use again, but now I know what I need to watch out for.

The tub itself was in good shape, the finish was just totally worn off. They came and everything went well.The guy was nice and good about keeping the fumes down for us, since we have allergies and small children. They did not send me a receipt yet or a list of cleaning materials. I need to follow up with that. There a re a few little marks and I have not determined if they are important or not. Overall it looks like a new tub and is a lot better than it was. I am little worried about the durability. There is one little blemish and not sure if that is our fault or if it dings easily. There are a few imperfections but it looks great and I am hoping it continues to look good. They seem like minor flaws but I hope it holds up in the long run.

Overall, the experience was marvelous. I've referred them to two other people, and I've recommended them to several others. I had a problem, they were prompt in arriving and fixed the issue. My bathroom is over 40 years old. They saved me the hassle of removing the tile & tub and hauling it away. I am so happy with their services.

The people who came from this company did a fabulous job and were very careful not to get the spray on anything else in the kitchen. They were very prompt, neat and did exactly what they said they could do. Now the kitchen cabinet looks gorgeous. They did a very good job. They ordered the paint for me based on the color I got for the chip. They did what they were supposed to do. They could not clean up the place completely as nobody could go inside for 24 hours. However, they had covered every single thing inside with drape paper and all I had to do was take it off after 24 hours. There were lots of cabinets including metal ones. So the job was complicated and it had to be done in the kitchen itself. They also sprayed the bathtub for me and they did a great job on that too.

They were efficient got back to me right away. He came the next morning when he said he would. I felt very comfortable with him. I just not sure if that is the direction I am going to go.

The contractor was able to schedule the job for the next day, and they arrived on-time. They covered the walls and floor to prevent over spray, agreed to spray a grab bar at no additional cost. The entire job took just under one hour to complete. Upon initial inspection, all looked okay. However, after 24 hours, when I was able to get back into the room (the door was closed to help prevent the fumes (yes, it stinks) from spreading to the rest of the house), I saw that there were some serious issues. There were numerous drips, a large puddle, and debris that was painted over. I called their office, and the team came back the next morning. They sanded down most of the drips, got rid of a lot of the painted-over foreign matter, and reduced (not eliminated) the large puddle. This took about 20 minutes. Even though there was an effort to fix the problem, it did not seem that it was their best effort. It is nice, though, not to look at a pink bathtub each morning.

Jimmy was polite, meticulous in his set up, thorough in his prep work and exacting in his spraying. I can't recommend him highly enough. We had agreed a rate over the phone, and when I requested that he do a lot of patch work, he came up with a very reasonable premium for the added time. On the job, he's the hardest working man in the Outer Boroughs. Took the time to get the prep work perfect and set up for a perfect finish. A few places were really rough before he came in, and the finish there has some visible drips, which Jimmy said he could touch up after the finish cures. Would recommend him without hesitation.
