THEY WERE JUST AVERAGE. THEY FIXED IT, BUT THEY DON'T WORK VERY FAST. I HAD TO BRING THE COMPUTER BACK TWICE, BECAUSE IT WAS STILL HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THROUGH THE WINDOWS BOOT UP PROCESS. I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Description of Work: MY COMPUTER ALWAYS CRASHED, AND I HAD TO BRING IT IN FOR THEM TO LOOK AT.

THEIR EFFICIENCY OF FIXING YOUR COMPUTER IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME WAS EXCELLENT. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS EXCELLENT, THEY CALLED ME AN SOON AS IT WAS COMPLETED AND I DIDN'T HAVE TO ASK HOW LONG IT WOULD BE. THE MODEM IS WORKING FINE NOW AND THE EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS A POSITIVE ONE. IF I HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS I WOULD TRY THEM FIRST.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL, AND I THOUGHT THEY DID THE WORK VERY QUICKLY. THEY WERE CONVENIENT. USUALLY YOU FIGURE A PLACE LIKE THAT IS BACKED UP SO WE'D BE WITHOUT A COMPUTER FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS. IT WAS WORTH THE COST TO GET THE MACHINE BACK SO SOON.
Description of Work: THEY RAN A FULL SCAN, AND I ACTUALLY WAS AWAY SO THEY CALLED ME AND TOLD ME IT WAS FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

EVERYTHING WAS OKAY. IT WAS GOOD. THE COMPUTER IS VERY FAST RIGHT NOW. BEFORE MY COMPUTER WAS TOO SLOW SO THE CHECK UP WAS GOOD. THE PRICE WAS OKAY. IT WAS FINE. IT WAS A LOW PRICE.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A MEMORY CARD AND UPDATED MY COMPUTER. THEY DID SOME CLEAN UP OF COMPUTER AND A REBOOT.
