I have a very good experience with this company. My inspection was very thorough and Wei explained everything to me in a way that felt like I came out of the experience smarter for it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do a home inspections before a purchase. Their customer service was impeccable! I had a leak issue a few months after owning the home(renovation error) and they helped me resolve it by providing resources and their expertise. Even followed up with me after their consultation to make sure I got what i needed to resolve my issue. Definitely recommend

Jean and Wei were a joy to work with! Ahead of our appointment, they were prompt with responses and explained costs and steps very clearly. On inspection day, Wei was punctual and extremely professional, adhering to strict pandemic protocols (gloves, wipes, etc.) Wei walked through everything he noted in a highly detailed manner, and the report itself was also superbly put together. Would highly recommend for New York area home buyers and sellers.

He was very good and detailed. He made sure that all the windows were operating correctly, and checked all the faucet and outlets. He explained to my client the work, educate them, and suggest preventive measure. They communicated well.
