CLEAN SWIFT MAINTENANCE INC

Do not hire this company. This is my experience: Called to arrange an appointment for gutter cleaning. They can't give you one when you call, instead they have to wait "until the next available days for work are made available to them". No Problem. I get a call about 5 days later saying they have a cancellation, Tuesday time between 2-4, would I like it? I accepted. Took 4 hours off from work to be home from 2-4pm as directed. Running about 5-10 minutes late getting home I called to let them know. I was told it wouldn't be a problem. 4 1/2 hours later I know why.... their worker just called (6:30.pm) to cancel. Mind you, I called around 4:20pm when they hadn't shown up and was assured they'd be here. Angry at the utter lack of customer service, no call from the office, I said to the guy who called to tell me he still had 2 more jobs for the night, that it would be dark in an hour, they their office had overbooked them... I used the word BS (the actual words I'm afraid) to describe the situation at which time I was condescendingly told that he didn't need to be cursed at. Sorry, but a. saying "this is BS" isn't cursing at you, its describing a situation b. you calling 2.5 hours past the latest time I was due to expect you, laying that off on a worker... a worker who knew he'd been over scheduled hours before, it speaks volumes to the value you place on a customer, which is none. Will not be using this company. There are plenty who will value my business.

Initially, a great experience, but months later, leaks developed with the kitchen sink, the counter is uneven, the bath sink unit laminate started to peel. The son of the company's owner kept telling me he would come back, claimed he would call to set up an appointment, but then would not return my calls. I finally called the company office, left innumerable messages with a friendly office assistant for the son to call me back, which he did not. I finally requested the owner of the company to call, which he did not.

THE WORK WAS WELL DONE. THEY HAVE CORDIAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM, AND IT WAS JUST AN OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE. MY GUTTERS WERE CLEAN AND MY WALLS WERE CLEAN WHEN HE WAS DONE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED FULLY.

IT WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE THEY ARE PROMPT. THEY DO WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO, AND THE PRICE IS RIGHT. THE QUALITY OF WORK IS VERY GOOD. THE RESPONSIVENESS IS EXCELLENT.

I DON'T REALLY HAVE AN OPINION. I CALLED THEM AND ASKED THEM TO DO THE WORK, AND THEY CAME AND DID IT. I DON'T REALLY HAVE ANY OTHER OPINION. THEY WERE NICE PEOPLE.
