+ -1 moreI FELT GOOD ABOUT THE JOB THEY DID. THEY PERFORMED THE JOB I NEEDED, AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN TIME, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS A SHORT NOTICE JOB. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED.
Description of Work: IT WAS CARPET INSTALLATION IN A BEDROOM.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE TERRIBLE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. THE PRICE WAS NOT A PROBLEM. IF THEY DID THE WORK, I WOULD HAVE BEEN SATISFIED. I TOLD THEM TO COME OUT AND FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY SAID NO. HE SAID THAT THE GUY SAID HE LAID IT PROPERLY, BUT I SAID HE CUT IT TOO SHORT. HE WROTE ON A PIECE OF PAPER THAT I GOT A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY, BUT HE DIDN'T COME BACK. I NEED HELP NOW AND DIDN'T GET IT. THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE SINCE I WAS A WOMAN I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEY DIDN'T COME TO SEE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO GLUE THE LINOLEUM. THEY DIDN'T CUT THE LINOLEUM DOWN, AND IT GOT LOOSE. IT THEN STARTED TO FOLD UP, AND IT WAS CURLING UP ON THE SIDE BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING HOLDING IT DOWN, NO GLUE OR NAILS.
