Description of Work: Supplied us with our flooring tile. They were pleasant and professional every step of the way and we highly recommend them to our friends, family and neighbors.

+ 0 moreOverall, they were alright. The work in the basement was about $5000, and the backsplash work was about $800. I guess I would use them again in the future; the problem is that a year ago, several people that worked there were indicted in some mafia business.
Description of Work: I used Casale Tile & Co for a large floor in a basement and a backsplash in one area of the kitchen.

+ -1 moreTHEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY CAME AND LOOKED AT THE JOB BEFORE THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEIR PRICE WAS COMPARABLE, I PRICED FOUR OTHER GUYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

+ -1 moreI THINK THEY ARE ORGANIZED, AND DID A GREAT JOB OF GETTING IN AND OUT OF MY HOUSE. I DON'T HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORK THEY DID, EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT. THE TILES WERE THE VERY SMALL ONES, AND THEY HAD TO LAY EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY. I WOULDN'T HAVE THE PATIENCE TO DO IT, BUT THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB OF IT.

+ -1 moreTHEY JUST LAID THE TILE INDISCRIMINATELY, AND THEY WANTED $700 TO RIP UP THE RUG SO WE DID THAT OURSELVES. THEY PURPOSELY PRICED IT THAT WAY SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TO DO IT. THEY WERE NOT AT ALL RESPONSIVE TO US. THEY TREATED US POORLY, AND I WOULD NEVER GO WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY NEED TO GET BETTER PEOPLE TO DO THE SERVICE FOR THEM.
Description of Work: THEY PULLED OUT MOLDING ON THE FLOOR AFTER WE REMOVED THE CARPET. THEY THEN LAID WIRE FRAME AND THEN THEY LAID TILE OVER THAT.
