+ -1 moreIT WAS A TREMENDOUS EXPERIENCE. IT WAS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER, AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. IT WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY RECOMMENDED CERTAIN STYLES FOR THE TYPE OF WINDOW I HAD. THE SUN WAS OVER POWERING WHEN I JUST HAD CURTAINS, NO THEY BLOCK OUT ALL THE LIGHT.
Description of Work: THEY INSTALLED A WINDOW TREATMENT ON THE FRONT WINDOWS. THEY WERE VERTICAL BLINDS.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE DISAPPOINTING. THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE ORDER IN, THEN WHEN I CHECKED UP ON THEM WHEN IT WAS LATE. THEY DIDN'T ATTEMPT WITHOUT A LOT OF COAXING ON MY PART TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.
