Jeff and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. I initially hired them for an air quality inspection. After my inspection was complete, I again hired him for a full evaluation and duct cleaning . Jeff was not only prompt, but his expertise in this field was truly stellar. Jeff and his team were excellent! Before even accepting the job, Jeff covered the actions he and his team would take, the actions I needed to take in preparation for his team coming in, and assisted us with any/all the paperwork post job completion. He and his team came in at the schedule time and date and just went right to work. What I anticipated to be a multi-day job became a one day job thanks to their efficiency. I have a second/separate job in mind and I will definitely hire Jeff and his team again.

What more can I say about Jeff from bio tech , he showed up on time and the evaluation cost was worth it . Most important he is truly knowledgeable and an expert in mold remediation. I’m selling a home and the buyer had a concern about mold , so Jeff tested the area and it came in positive .. we decided for him to treat the entire basement and his services were reasonable. Than he even got involved to help communicate to help me facilitate the sale to help the buyer feel safe and secure .. great Referal and he is truly an expert in his field

Jeff and his entire staff were so helpful through the entire process. My dad has lung cancer and is alergic to mold and when Jeff became aware of that, he made it his top priority and was there within 2 hours after I called Home Advisor He had it evaluated the same day and got the house mold free shortly after that. They all l went above and beyond to help make a horrible situation, tolerable. They were all professional, showed up on time and left the house in better shape than it was when they first arrived.
