Jeff, the CEO/owner, is a consummate professional. Responsive and explains the process in a very clear and concise manner. Showed up on time, adhered to the contract and there were no hidden charges or surprises. I hope I never have a situation where I need these services again but if I do, I would definitely use Bio-Tech Restoration.

They were on time each day. They kept to the plan and when plans changed I was kept well informed. They kept without our original budget more the most part. There was a delay but it was due to a shipment delay even when the job became bigger than expected. Overall I was happy with my experience.

They visually walk you through the project as each phase is completed. You are informed what was done and what remains to be done. The cleanup after completion leaves nothing to be desired.

Jeff and his team are amazing. Reasonably priced and the quality of their work along with thoroughness is outstanding. He was clear with what he will do, took pictures along the way. One day when I was at work, he also sent me videos of the work showing that the newly installed sump pump is working, etc. Very professional.
