We called 3 companies about our basement leak . Jeff responded immediately. He came over right away and gave a fair estimate for the job. He was back in 2 days with 3 workers. Leak was remedied . Everyone worked so hard on the inside and outside of our basement. We had a huge storm the next day. No leaks!! Jeff called on Christmas day to check on the job!! I would highly recommend this company. They are courteous, professional and know their stuff. Jeff is a pleasure to deal with.

Jeff responded to my inquiry immediately and offered to help. After viewing the suspected mold in my basement, based on eyesight alone, Jeff surmised I had a mold problem. He recommended that he conduct the necessary testing to determine the exact nature of the problem and gave me a price to do the remediation. After reviewing the report and doing some investigation on my own, I hired another mold remediation company to review the findings and give me an estimate to do the work. To my surprise, not only did I not have a mold problem, I was told that the findings in the report are the findings one would hope to find after remediation is completed. I never heard from Jeff again after he sent me the report and offered to do the remediation. The second professional I hired was aghast by Jeff s recommendation that I do the work. As a homeowner, I would hope that a professional would be honest and forthcoming. I am grateful I trusted my gut and got a serving opinion.

Jeff and his crew did a amazing job!! I had outside waterproofing done. Jeff had checked my basement downstairs to make sure there was no water damage before he did the job outside . I have used Home-Adviser in the past with excellent results. This time I had concerns over the air quality of my apartment and wanted to make sure all was well since I spend a lot of my time inside. I was contacted by Jeff Caso of â Bio-Tech Restoration & Emergency Services Incâ and went over my concerns. He was very insightful, kind, and professional. We set an appointment and went from there. He arrived promptly on time, was extremely courteous, walked me over the process, and got started. After completing the test he gave me the assessment from his instruments and informed me when to expect the results of the lab. The next day I was emailed a copy of the lab report followed by a phone call from him of explanation and addressing any other related concerns. All-n-all an excellent experience!
