I would definitely recommend bio-tech Jeff was very professional. Assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that further testing was unnecessary. He could have told me I needed further testing but instead he insisted I didn't need it and it would just be wasting my money. I truly appreciated his honesty.

Jeff was extremely helpful and even put my appointment sooner because I was getting sick. I would recommend this company to everyone.

This company is beyond professional. Showed up on time, explained what needed to be done after an inspection, how long, what it would cost & a time frame for the job to be completed. I can't say enough of how courteous everyone was, if I had a question & called, I had an answer almost immediately. If u don't like or trust contractors, then this is the company u should hire.

Excellent advice and service!!

Jeff came and took samples of my walls and ceiling. He charged me $275 right away stating that he would send in the samples to the lab and get the results in 2 days. He said this is a $2700 job to remediate the mold as it is very "serious". It has been more than 9 days and so far no results. When I asked him, he says he wasn't happy with the initial results because it came lower than what he expected. I wonder what he expects? A lot more so he can get a sizable contract to remediate. He doesn't inform me of any thing of what's going on or why the delay, unless I ask him. Then after 2 days he responds with cryptic or with one liners, I asked him to STOP what he is doing and refund the money. Now he gets mad at me and says, "As far as s refund I did provide s service to you I did provide you texting and you are being demanding as far as a time schedule." Excuse me? Am I paying him to send me empty emails or to do the lab test and send the test results? Obviously I am not going with this guy to do any remediation but how about the results? I have not received the lab results which I paid for. This company owes me an explanation, an apology and my money back. Now I realize my mistake. I shouldn't have hired a person who remediates mold to test for mold. There is a potential for them to skew the results in their favor. People who do just testing have no such incentives. This is my true experience. I am not sure if the other remarks showing 5 out of 5 stars are doctored like he is trying to do with the results.

I hired Bio-tech to inspect my basement for mold after a recent home inspection. He was very responsive and called within minutes of my initial inquiry. After speaking with a few other companies, it became clear Jeff at Bio-Tech was by far the most consultative and knowledgable. We scheduled the initial consultation which was free. Upon visual inspection, he was able to clearly identify the type of mold and provided a very straightforward resolution. It was refreshing to see this, since most mold companies want to start with very expensive testing ($300-600) before making any recommendations or even coming onsite. He also explained my options in great detail. Since my homeowners insurance had mold coverage, I decided to submit a claim and although it was a painful process. Jeff was extremely involved and provided his assistance without reservation. Ultimately, his team completed the work in a single day. They were a great group and handled themselves very professionally. Overall, I would certainly work with Jeff again. He's a consummate professional and really takes time to assist his clients. I was thoroughly impressed with his organization. As a landlord, having dealt with many service organizations in the past. Bio-tech is by far one of the most responsive, honest and professional companies I've worked with. They are truly a cut above the rest.

Jeff was very courteous and straight forward. He didn't sugar coat the situation. He was very honest. His crew were also very nice and courteous. Any question that was asked was answered. He explained how it all worked. He didn't rush. He was very thorough. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of work done.

We spoke with a lot of companies while purchasing our home and found Jeff to be the most knowledgeable, honest, accommodating, and fairly priced in the area. We used them for remediation throughout the house. On the day of remediation, we walked the house to show him other areas of concern aside from the initial area which was the basement. Jeff assured us that he would fix everything, and he did. From gutting the basement, cleaning water damage & mold in the kitchen as well as mold in the master bath, Jeff made our house look like new and kept us within our budget. We highly recommend them!
